• Thomas (10/5): Angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Region. - Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen, aber das ist normal. Zimmer sehr sauber und alles vorhanden. Klare Empfehlung. Die üblichen nächtlichen Hundekonzerte ;)

En el comedor compartido y como viajamos en mot tal vez un tender permitiría más orden debido a que llegamos con lluvia y toda la ropa mojada y poco lugar para poder secarla. También una mesada para poder lavar algunos enseres qué utilizamos

• Travisan (9/5): - Todo estuvo muy bien. Buenas la habitación, el baño, el lugar de estar. La señora no nos dijo que tenía un lugar (quincho) donde pudiéramos hacer comida, calentar. Nos enteramos de ese espacio cuando nos íbamos.

• Donna (7/5): Warm and cozy. - There was an a/c and heating unit that kept the temperature just right! Clean linens, a workable kitchenette, and nice decorative touches gave a homey feel. Comfortable hot water in the shower and sinks. Thoughtful appointments. Parking was tight and a bit challenging to get in and out when the lot was full. Also, the smell from the plumbing was awful, not unlike many places in Chile as there is not typically any back flow prevention built into the plumbing. A bit expensive, but typical during busy season.

• Adi (10/5): Great stay - Nice room and common area with indoor living room and outdoor balcony as well as a place to sit down and eat and store stuff in a fridge. The people who are running this place are nice and helpful. There is enough space outside to park your car and the area felt safe and quiet. The way the common area is built upstairs is right next to the rooms, and since the rooms are not soundproof, if people decide to talk loudly until late at night (such as in my case when I stayed there), then you might not be able to sleep until they stop. But when I alerted the owner the next morning they were very keen to change that and make sure it will not happen the next night.

• Carlos (10/5): Highly recommended - We were two couples in two suites in the hostel. Sra. María was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is immaculately clean, cozy, and nicely furnished. The suites were comfortable and had everything we needed. There was a comfortable and well appointed common room where we played cards, had tea, and were able to watch the Super Bowl. We would gladly stay there again. Thank you Sra. María!

• Jia (9/5): Clean and Comfortable stay in a cabin - Really comfortable bed in a wooden cabin style, super cozy. Room was very clean, Bathroom was clean with hot water and good pressure. Staff was friendly. There was a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. Only 1 bathroom (including the toilet) for 4 rooms so you may have to wait if they are all occupied (thankfully i only had 1 other couple staying so it was ok). Could do with a small kitchenette for cooking simple meals.
• Brian (6/5): Pleasant - I forgot a fleece vest and they found it and hekd onto it for my return trip to pickup. I appreciated their customer service and concern for my belongings. They also did a load of my laundry for 15,000 pesos. Walls are not well insulated so you hear everything in the next door room. Lack of hooks to hang clothes in room and bathroom.

• Xx (9/5): Nice hostal - Nice rooms with comfortable common area. There is safe parking inside the fence. It didn't bother me, just to mention - the shared bathroom is tiny and the there's no kitchen or fridge in the hostel.

• Adrianus (10/5): high-quality hostal with great common space - if only for one night, Robinson was a great location. 5-10 minute walk from the center, the single room was basic but with a comfortable bed. the common spaces were huge and comfortable and warm, coffee was also provided. the entire building is of high quality, not a ramshackle self-built as is often seen nothing. host is super-friendly as well

• Oke (10/5): Exceptional - The owner are nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean, confortable and have a separate entry. There is parking space available.
• Michaela (8/5): Very good - The room was very clean and the shared dining room and living space was large. There is a kettle and tea and coffee provided. The place is on the main road into Puyuhuapi, and a 5 min walk into the main town. There are short walks to do from the town itself, or half an hour drive ti the national park. The staff were very friendly... as an economy option this is excellent!
