Pablo Daniel (2/5): Mentiras y más mentiras - la limpieza era muy buena y el escritorio fue muy util El desayuno incluido era mentira, no me ofrecieron ningún tipo de alimento y cuando intenté pedir de vuelta el dinero que pagué por él me dijeron que no era posible. Además, el anuncio decía que se incluían artículos de limpieza en el baño. No había nada. Tuve que comprar afuera jabón, crema de dientes, shampoo y acondicionador. Además, un día se fue la luz 5 horas, aunque esto no es su culpa

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED EVERY THING WAS VERY NICE THE STAFF HELP US VERY WELL THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THE RESTAURANT AT THE HOTEL WAS A GREAT ASSETS BECAUSE YOU CAN EAT VERY GOOD AND AT A GOOD PRICE
Sean (4/5): Needs more comfortable beds - Good A/C, staff really friendly and helpful The beds are so hard you may as well sleep on the floor, and I was made to pay 50,000 pesos extra for a friend visiting my room for a few hours. The hostel is also surrounded by dogs which bark 24/7 and there is no sound insulation at all. Did not get much good sleep here unfortunately. Be aware some of the rooms have no windows / a very very small window so minimal natural light.
Zora (5/5): Would not stay again, would not recommend - We thought the woman who made our breakfast was super smiley and friendly. The room had aircondition, which we really appreciated in Cartagenas' humid weather. The location was pretty great too- the hostel is close enough to the centre but quiet enough and the area seems nice. We were put into smaller room than we paid for and had to bring it to the attention of the receptionist (who indeed changed it for us nice and quickly). In neither of the rooms therr were any windows although they were advertised- this felt quite claustrophobic and very difficult with the bathroom/toilet room smelling like drain pipe . WiFi was pretty much non functional during our stay. We also traveled after our stay to nearby islands and wanted to store small luggages but were told there is extra charge for this- this is the first time in South America we have ever been asked to pay extra for luggage storage.
