El descuido de los espacios exteriores, desordenado ,objetos acumulados .Descuido en la zona de parque .En un lugar donde la naturaleza y los espacios verdes deberían ser prioritario. Se ven esparcidos en el terreno ,los restos de una Secuoya de 500 años ,una de las 5 que quedaban en la ciudad ,que fué cortada ! No sé en la cadena de dueños ,quien fué el salvaje que ordenó esto.

Dispenser con agua fría y caliente 24hs. Cómo sugerencia pondría algún estante en las camas de arriba de las cuchetas para apoyar el celular y otras cosas.
• Delphine (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal car a 3min a pieds du terminal de bus. Le check-in est possible jusqu'à minuit 30 (même 1h30 du matin le vendredi samedi) +++. Le petit déjeuné est super (avec œufs, toasts, fromage, fruits...) Le personnel est très gentil. Cela reste cher pour un hostel avec lits en dortoirs. Les salles de bains sont petites (les toilettes, vous avez les genoux qui touchent la porte devant) et la propreté des douches.

• Georgieff (9/5): - Muy buena atención, las personas que atienden el lugar son sumamente amables y te hacen sentir en casa, el lugar es muy limpio y tranquilo, esta casi al frente de la terminal por lo que tenes acceso a todos los cole, reservamos por una noche y nos quedamos cuatro.

• Matthieu (5/5): - -Accueil chaleureux -Emplacement à côté de la gare routière, très pratique -Équipements de l'hôtel très corrects -l'hôtel permet visiblement un accueil à toute heure (ce qui n'est pas dit sur Booking, mais tant mieux de faire profiter de cette flexibilité). À minuit et demi, la moindre des choses serait d'ouvrir une autre chambre pour les nouveaux arrivants afin de ne pas déranger les clients qui dorment déjà. D'autant plus quand ces nouveaux arrivants sont très bruyants. L'hôtel était vide, d'autres chambres auraient pu être ouvertes. Je comprends la volonté d'optimisation (ménage), mais à partir d'une certaine heure le confort et le bien être des clients devraient être mieux pris en compte. -Les petit déjeuner très sommaire -Le rapport qualité/prix pas dingue -Pas de grands casiers

• Cintia (9/5): Siempre es bueno volver - Los chicos son muy amables y bien predispuestos. Se puede pagar con tarjeta y además me aceptaron modificacion de última hora porque me había equivocado de fecha. La temperatura de la habitación impecable y además tienen perritos ♥️ Los Baños son pequeños, imposible que las rodillas no topen con la puerta. Imagino que en el caso de alguien más alto se complica cerrarla. Se puede mejorar el aseo.

• Andrea (6/5): Okay stay - 5 min away from bus terminal so it’s great if you’re using that transport. We had booked 2 beds in a 4 bed dorm to find that we were in a 6 bed dorm. Not a real issue but it wasn’t what we had agreed. The price weirdly went up when we paid at the property, so we ended up spending more than what we had agreed. Very small toilets, and not the cleanest to be honest.
• Lee (7/5): Pretty decent place, very good location for access to bus terminal - Was only returning to bariloche for a night to catch a bus early the next day, location ideal as less than 2 mins walk from bus terminal, staff who welcomed me were friendly, nice garden and outside area, living room also decent and good kitchen, place was clean. Not much privacy in bathroom, just the curtain when showering, but otherwise the shower was fine, did have to leave early the following morning, before breakfast officially stared so wasn't able to experience that, I have stayed places previously when in this situation they will be willing to provide something even if not full breakfast, which would have been nice but also understand do have an official time for it and maybe difficult to have flexibility on this

• Catherine (7/5): Great option if you have an early bus to catch. - Lovely staff and great location right next to the bus terminal which is somewhat out of town. Rooms and facilities were clean. Nice deck/balcony to chill. The shared bathrooms are very cramped. They are clean but not practical. No hooks nor shelves to put clothes. This was my only disappointment.
• Gracen (8/5): decent stay for the price and location to bus! - great location in terms of bus. just across the road from bus terminal. nice property, plenty of room to relax or sit outside. kitchen is good, can get a bit crowded. breakfast was just tea/coffee with really yum croissants or toast!! would stay again! bathroom toilets were quite small, door to entrance of bathroom didn’t shut properly as well

• Nicholas (5/5): Book elsewhere... - Friendly staff, especially the man who makes breakfast. The hostel is really far away from the city so you have to catch a bus to get into Bariloche if you want to have dinner. None of the guests or staff spoke any English so I was quite isolated. I got the impression the hostel is usually booked with Argentinians which is fine if you can speak Spanish, but my Spanish rather basic, unfortunately.

Camila was great & the guy that works there in the morning also was wonderful in terms of recommendations, helping with transportation, & general advice about Bariloche. This hostel was such a vibe :) Gracias por todo!
• Karim (10/5): Memorable. - Amazing Hostel. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Cami,Paolino and Nacho are always there to give recommendations. The common area is nice and the terrace has an amazing view. Really good to meet cool people. There’s always something going on. They cook amazing food as well. Cosy and comfy. Highly recommend!:)
• Pauric (9/5): Superb - Super nice and clean hostel, just beside the bus terminal. About 30 minute walk to town centre but there is a bus right beside the property. Extremely clean hostel with good cooking facilities.

They have created a beautiful vibe at the hostel and are always ready to help with recommendations of activities in the area. The hostel has a great outdoor area/view of the lake. • Isabella.bertelli (8/5): Nice hostel in a great city - Very close to the bus station. The price is good and they offer a simple breakfast. I could buy empanadas there at night, because the restaurants were closed. The shower was hot. The staff was nice. I was at the up bed and it was difficult to reach. On the first day I got hurt trying to go up there. Then, I learnt how to do it. I think the experience for whom is on the botton bed is much better. There was not enough space in the room for the backpacks. In my 6 bed dorm there were 7 beds.

Rooms are really clean and the bunkbeds are very comfi Very small bathrooms for the amount of people but it is very ok. I am a small person and my knees were touching the door of the toilet so it was a bit of an acrobatic act to go comfi to the toilet but as I said really fine. The bathroom is very clean.

• Patricia (6/5): Good only for a night stay - It’s located behind the terminal. Good for only a night stay. Good hot shower. The bed covers were thin but it was actually warm at night. One of the staff was kind and allowed me to cook food early before we checked out (the kitchen hours opens at 11am). The croissant offered on breakfast was tasty, I really like it. The toilets were tiny…as you sit down your face is about an inch away from the toilet door (bear in mind that I’m only 5’2). It would be helpful if they had more space to put clothing in the shower area. Also, the check out times are between 10-11am but they expect you to be completely done packing and ready by 10am. I wish the bunk beds had curtains for privacy! The entrance path and stairs should have some kind of grip as it is quite slippery (we came at night while it was snowing then it rained for the rest of the evening and the path was very slippery) A bit pricey for it’s worth

• Jia (7/5): Decent stay, close to bus station - Newish facilities, rooms had very high ceilings and the bunks had a lot of headroom. Proximity to the bus station, staff were friendly - Cecilia even helped me with my heavy luggage. Breakfast actually started around 7, much earlier than the promised 8am which was great for me as I had an early departure. Rooms were a little stuffy - my room only had one small window that could be opened. Toilets were cramped, and the shower ceiling was extremely mouldy, though pressure was good and water was hot. There are also many many steps as it is perched on the side of a steep hill - backpacks much preferred over roller luggage. Even though it looks close to the bus station, it did take a good amount of effort to get to/from (even with direct access through a series of steps). The hostel is also on an unpaved road, so it is difficult for wheeled luggage.

• Verena (8/5): Very good - - perfect location just above the bus terminal, if you need to stay for just one night before a flight - super friendly staff - food truck in the garden - good wifi - the hostel seems to be very new and has a lot potential - the bathrooms: toilet cubicles can't be locked and are so small that as a tall person you need to sit diagonal; no space to put your stuff in the showers - no lockers or bins in the dorms, windows in the room can't be opened - especially the garden but also parts of the house still feel a bit like a construction site. I'm sure this time next year it will be a little paradise though!

• Isaac (10/5): I felt like I was staying in a home rather than a hostel. - The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the hostel has a "homey" feel. Located across the street from the bus station and less than a 5 minute walk to a small mercado. Very very clean facilities and everything is in very good condition. Also amazing view of the lake and mountains right from the dorm rooms. I would 100% stay again and would highly recommend! It would have been nicer to be closer to the center of town but with that said it was really nice to be close to the bus station and it is only a short bus ride to town.
• Ignacio (4/5): Poor quality at top price - The location is good, right in front of the bus station, but the price is 4 to 5 times higher than similar places in Argentina, they give you a little noisy bed in a cramped shared room at the price of a fully equipped apartment. The bed was small, noisy and had no upper sheet, just a dirty old blanket, there were no towels, rooms are cramped with no lockers, so the floor is full of the backpacks of other guests, the bathroom is too small for the number of beds, just one very little water closet for all men with no light inside. The owner keeps noisily partying with his friends until very late (23:30) while his paying customers try to sleep.
