Jacqueline (8/5): Perfect place to decompress with a family with small kids! - Very nice and quiet. It was the start of our vacation and helped us to really wind down. The facilities were perfect for our family; everyone sleeping in one room (still small kids) but having their space during the day. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. All simple but very sufficient. Also the staff was there daily to support. Communicated well (eg key pick-up). Everything well organized and clean! Would go back any time. Nothing really… maybe the need to make the children’s bed upon arrival (but this is super minor!!!) it is truly an amazing place
Pianegonda (10/5): - Una vista pazzesca, ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza in un posto magnifico senza lo stress del turismo di massa. Gestori sempre disponibili al telefono. Appartamento veramente bello e pulito. Supermercato a 5 minuti di auto. C'è la possibilità di portare le biciclette nel garage. Il self check-in molto comodo ma un po' asettico, sarebbe bello avere qualche rapporto in presenza in più con i gestori della struttura (anche se sono sempre disponibili al telefono). Qualche indicazione per sfruttare al meglio la visita nella valle sarebbe il top.
