• mathilde (7/5): - Vue magnifique sur Saranda depuis la terrasse sur le toit ! Hôte très sympathique, disponible et arrangeante. Très bon accueil avec des figues du jardin et fontaine à eau potable à disposition. Logement avec climatisation Parking pour la voiture devant le logement (dans la rue) Bien situé car à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre, sur les hauteurs de Saranda. Nous sommes venus en août donc impossible de se garer dans la ville, bien plus simple à pied. Grande côte pour rentrer à la location mais largement faisable. Chambre sans fenêtre et très sommaire/basique mais qui convient cependant très bien au court séjour Photos de toutes les locations mélangées dans l'annonce donc un peu déçu à notre arrivée

• Matilde (8/5): - I proprietari della casa sono stati molto ospitali e disponibili. Il giardino della casa è molto bello e la vista sia dal balcone che dal terrazzo anche. La casa è abbastanza vicina al centro ma essendo in alto per arrivarci la strada è quasi tutta in salita.
• Alexandra (10/5): - Ne a plăcut foarte mult faptul ca atunci când am ajuns doamna Vjolca ne a întâmpinat cu smochine din grădina proprie și cu un suc. Ne a oferit informații despre împrejurimi și ne a zis unde să mergem să vizităm ce este mai frumos în Albania. Cazarea a fost ok, am avut toate condițiile, lenjeria a fost schimbată la 3 zile(ne a lăsat o în coșul pentru rufe si nu a vrut să intre în lipsa noastră).ne a plăcut ca am avut intimitate, verdeața copacilor cat cuprinde și ne au invitat să stăm sus pe terasă și sa ne bucurăm de priveliștea oferită. Foarte primitori,atât doamna Vjolca cat și soțul ei Ladi. Ne am aflat la 20 de min de centru(de mers pe jos)și la vreo 6 min de mers cu mașina. Noi am optat pentru mersul pe jos ptr ca am vrut sa ne bucurăm de oraș. Cazarea este situată sus, pe un deal, dar nu este foarte dificil de ajuns. Per total, am rămas plăcut surprinși de Albania.

• Loren (10/5): Beautiful home and beautiful people - Vjollca and her husband are extremely welcoming. They took the time to sit down with us and explain where everything is, and offered us home grown fruit upon arrival. The room was basic but very clean, complete with air conditioning and hot water. We had access to a kitchen and our own private fridge. The views are stunning from their terrace, and we even sat and had a few drinks with them on some evenings. The only thing I want to note (and not to put it as a negative, because there was nothing negative about our stay) is that the access road is unpaved, and that we lost phone signal close to their house, making it tricky to find. However Vjollca herself came out to find us and showed us the way. We had a wonderful stay, and recommend 100%.
• Zhao (10/5): 性价比超高的住宿 - 非常棒的住宿。主人很热情，当我抵达时主动给我送上好吃的无花果和饮料，并赠送了我一大桶饮用矿泉水，每天当我回来时，都会送我饮料，并坚持不要我付钱，我甚至有点不好意思。女主人会好几种语言，非常健谈，每次碰面都会友好地聊天，就像回到家里一样；男主人虽然语言不通，但也非常可靠真诚。他们的友好给我的旅程留下了非常深刻的回忆。楼顶有一大片开阔的阳台，可以看到萨兰达整个港湾，非常漂亮。花园种有石榴和无花果树，并有桌子，可以小憩，也可以聊聊天，非常惬意。房间很干净，这个价格是无敌的。非常推荐！ 如果你开车入住，将会非常完美；如果步行，离中心稍远，需要步行15分钟左右。

• Guest (3/5): décevant pas conforme. Lisez les commentaires négatifs pas les positifs ! - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue que donner la terrasse et le Rooftop. Lors de notre arrivée les hôtes ont eu l’amabilité de venir nous récupérer ce qui fut très gentil de leur part. En revanche, le séjour apaisant et agréable n’était absolument pas au rendez-vous. Tout d’abord que fut notre surprise, quand nous avons vu que dans notre chambre aucune fenêtre n’était disponible, donc aucune aération possible. Salle de bain extrêmement dangereuse mélanger au toilettes avec un carrelage (chutes) Une odeur extrêmement désagréable nous a suivi tout le long du séjour. L’odeur des égouts dans la sdb malgré leur aide afin de remédier à ce souci, l’odeur n’est pas partie du tout. Et je vous rappelle qu’il n’y avait pas de fenêtre. J’ai été accusé d’avoir bu deux bières alors que je ne bois même pas d’alcool. Et j’avais bien précisé que je n’avais consommé qu’une seule canette que j’ai d’ailleurs payé en laissant une pièce de monnaie sur la machine. Je n’ai pas eu le droit de faire des machines dès mon arrivée, alors que j’avais du linge sale de mon précédent voyage, étant donné que nous faisons un Road trip. Certains matériel sont à notre disposition, mais pas conformément à l’annonce. La cuisine est en extérieur et partagée avec tous y compris pour la machine et les étendoir. Nous n’avons pas énormément d’intimité. Lorsque j’ai annoncé mon âge à l’hote( 20 ans) je me suis pris plusieurs réflexions comme une mère parlant à son enfant. Lorsque j’ai voulu nettoyer les serviettes de la douche, le deuxième jour elle m’a dit non car je venais d’arriver depuis à peine 24 heures. Mais elle a quand même fini par m’en donner des nouvelles après m’avoir fait quelques réflexions en me montrant les taches comme si nous étions sales. La plage n’est pas du tout à 10 minutes à pied, mais plus 15- 20 min. l’Airbnb est situé en hauteur dans des conditions très peu innover. Donc énormément de marche en hauteur avec des pentes très déviée .Le prix n’en vaut pas du tout la peine. Gentils mais insistants et avec pleins de réflexions .

• Cécile (10/5): Parfait pour nous, et des hôtes charmants. - La propreté de la chambre, le jardin et la gentillesse, disponibilité des hôtes. Il faut avoir conscience que le logement se situe sur les hauteurs de Saranda. Il vaut donc mieux avoir un moyen de locomotion car cela grimpe à pied.

Upon our arrival, they greeted us with fresh figs from their garden, showed us around the city’s beaches, and recommended an excellent place to enjoy fish like a local (Pasuria e Detit). Their beautiful garden, filled with fruit trees and flowers, offers a serene spot to sit and enjoy dinner. The room was well-equipped, including a fridge and air conditioning. Be aware that the property is located uphill, and getting there by car can be tricky if you follow Google Maps’ directions. It would also be helpful if they provided samples of shampoo and shower gel for guests.
• Eleonora (10/5): DA RIFARE - Mi è piaciuto per di più la vista dalla terrazza. Vedi tutta saranda e la sera puoi goderti di questo spettacolo, inoltre vi è un silenzio che fa rilassare. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con grande premura, e ha bevuto con noi al nostro arrivo una bevanda fresca. Molto disponibile anche nel consigliarci posti da visitare
• Aleksandra (10/5): Beautiful home in the hills - Vjollca is very hospitable. You feel at home at her place. She has a beautiful garden & offers fresh fruit daily :) we were provided with anything that we needed, thank you Vjollca! The location is not the same as on booking, the walk is about 30 minutes from /to the center all the way up a hill. Without a car/bike/motorcycle I would not do this walk daily again especially in 30degrees heat:(
• Marisa Raquel (8/5): - La limpieza. Los dueños muy amables, nos recibieron con algo fresco e higos de su producción nos recomendaron lugares para visitar y comer. El dia de la salida el señor nos llevó en su auto a tomar el ferry. El baño era muy pequeño y se mojaba todo al bañarnos. La ubicación es cómoda para movilizarse en auto. Nosotras nos trasladabamos caminando y llegar nos resultaba incómodo ya que en Saranda hay muchos desniveles en veredas y calles.
• Marion (1/5): Unangenehm - wir haben in der Unterkunft Vjollca’s Home eingecheckt – was sich leider sehr schnell als schwerwiegender Fehler herausgestellt hat. Schon beim Betreten des Appartements waren wir geschockt: Das Badezimmer war lebensgefährlich ausgestattet, mit offenen Stromkabeln direkt neben der Dusche, was ein enormes Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Darüber hinaus war die gesamte Unterkunft in einem ungepflegten, unhygienischen Zustand – schmutziges Geschirr, ungewaschene Töpfe und allgemein mangelnde Sauberkeit. Statt eines erholsamen Aufenthalts wurden wir von der Gastgeberin seit unserer Ankunft permanent über WhatsApp bedrängt und eingeschüchtert, mit haltlosen Anschuldigungen . Die Kommunikation war respektlos und unangemessen. Zusätzlich wurde uns untersagt, die Klimaanlage zu benutzen, obwohl diese laut Beschreibung im Preis enthalten war. Wir haben uns ernsthaft komplett im Stich gelassen gefühlt. Es wurde uns weder eine Quittung noch ein professioneller Umgang geboten. Aus Angst und wegen der untragbaren Zustände haben wir uns gezwungen gesehen, noch am nächsten Tag wieder auszuziehen, nachdem sich niemand um uns oder den Ablauf gekümmert hat. Unmittelbar nach unserem Auszug wurden wir erneut vom Gastgeber (wohnt direkt neben an) zu Rede gestellt . Besonders bezeichnend: Nur wenige Minuten nach unserem Auszug wurde die Unterkunft wieder auf der Plattform freigegeben – zu einem niedrigeren Preis. Wir fordern hiermit eine vollständige Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrags.

L’alloggio è impeccabile, curato nei minimi dettagli e arredato con gusto, con un’atmosfera calda e accogliente che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La cucina è completa di ogni accessorio, il letto comodissimo, e la luminosità degli ambienti rende ogni momento piacevole. Il proprietari sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili e sempre attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti, fornendo consigli preziosi per vivere al meglio la zona. Un soggiorno che ricorderò con grande piacere: consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi comfort, bellezza e un’ospitalità impeccabile.

• Skaistė (10/5): The owners are one of the nicest people we’ve met. - The overall experience was very pleasant. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, they greeted us with fresh figs that were grown in their own backyard ! The house has a gorgeous view overlooking the whole city, the apartment has everything you need (fridge, AC, comfortable beds ! Me and my partner highly recommend this ! The house is on the hill, so you have to do a bit of exercise to get there.

• MATTE-ON THE ROAD (10/5): L'ospitalità di Saranda - Questa è una recensione a cui tengo particolarmente. La stanza era normalissima, pulita , climatizzata e aveva il giardino meravigliosamente curato di fronte. La struttura offre stanze per lavoro e pochi giorni come nel mio caso ma anche appartamenti vista mare. Situata sulle alture, lontana dal caos del centro e nel pieno silenzio, questa struttura è gestita dell'host piu incredibile che possiate conoscere. Una famiglia del posto che fa dell'ospitalità e la gentilezza la migliore medicina per il cuore. In 15 min sarete in centro e in spiaggia,avrete ristoranti tipici ovunque nei dintorni e vi godrete dei tramonti meravigliosi nel massimo della tranquillità. Non vi mancherà nulla e vi sentirete come a casa.

• Thomas (8/5): - The host was very nice and welcoming, she gave us a welcome beer on arrival which was nice! There’s fruit growing in the garden which we were offered numerous times which is great. It was easy to follow instructions to get to the location, even offline. WiFi was really good. The bed was comfortable and a hot shower. The host allowed us to do our washing also which was a great help. Overall nice stay and very reasonably priced. Another point the host showed us a great takeaway pasta restaurant where we could get food from which was really nice! It is a bit out of the main area , around a 20/25 minute walk and a steep incline especially with luggage. The bed would be more comfortable if you were provided 2 pillows instead of 1. There also was a lot of flying ants in the bathroom every day but we couldn’t figure out where they were coming from.

• Ірина (10/5): - I am completely satisfied with my stay at Vjollca’s house. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook on your own. All the appliances were in good working condition, and the air conditioners worked perfectly (I used them for heating, as I stayed there at the beginning of spring). The internet connection was excellent, so I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for accommodation for a workcation where you can work remotely. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the city center and the beach. You just need to go out to the main street and walk downhill, which is very convenient. Shops are only 5 minutes away, and there is one where you can pay with a card. Closer to Vjollca’s house, there’s a small section of road with poor pavement, but it’s a very short stretch. Additionally, shortly before my departure, they paved the road on the street down, which made it much easier to move with a suitcase. The view from the window is absolutely stunning! Also, I really enjoyed communication with Vjollca. She is a very hospitable and kind-hearted person. She was always available, resolved any issues immediately, and even treated me to fresh orange juice made from fruits from her garden.

Gazda, amabila, cel putin in aparenta, si vorbareata. Proprietarul prezintă asa-zisa ,,casa de vacanta", pe booking, în întregime, ceea ce face ca la fata locului sa ai cateva surprize. De exemplu, în prezentare/poze se vede mașina de spălat, în realitate, lipseste (ne-a întrebat gazda spre finalul sejurului dacă avem nevoie de mașină de spălat, după ce spălasem la chiuveta cele necesare). Proprietarii stau aproape tot timpul prin curte, cu ochii pe tine, ceea ce creează disconfort. Nu poți lăsa aerul condiționat din dormitor sa meargă cand ești plecat(speram ca patrunde si in living macar putin), ca întra și ti-l oprește. Și...cel mai mare inconvenient : căldura din living/bucatarie si din baie. Afara 38-40 de grade, inauntru...cred ca mai mult. Ventilatorul (primul pe care ni l-a adus nu functiona) era destul de vechi, cred, nu prea făcea rece, iar după 3-4 întreruperi de curent in oras, din cauza caldurii mari, a făcut zgomote ciudate, ceea ce ne-a determinat sa-l scoatem din priza, de teama sa nu se strice sau sa ia foc. In baie nu era nicio aerisire, geamul deschizandu-se foarte putin. Intre dormitor si living...o usa care se deschide foarte putin, recele de la aerul conditionat din dormitor neputand sa treaca si in living. Se poate spune ca am făcut sauna gratuit...ceea ce a fost extrem de inconfortabil, mai ales pentru copilul nostru care a dormit in living(e adolescent, prefera sa doarma separat de noi). Un alt aspect neplacut ...nu schimba prosoapele (noi am stat 6 zile). Poate fi o cazare acceptabila, dacă se fac unele amendamente pe acolo, altfel...nu recomandam pe timp de vara/canicula.

The vibe of the place is top-notch. The owners are very helpful and super friendly. As a solo traveler, safety is the first priority so this place do offer that. Also, location is very good, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The entire place is clean and well furnished. Enjoy the home made orange juice from the garden!

• Abigail (9/5): Hôtesse très accueillante ! - Vjollca était très sympathique et très arrangeante. Elle nous a bien accueilli et elle nous a donné des conseils. La chambre est très propre et très spacieuse. Merci ! La localisation du logement était en hauteur du coup avec la chaleur c'est compliqué mais il y a une belle vue la nuit comme la journée ;)
• Patricia Navarro García (7/5): - Las instalaciones eran muy nuevas, todo estaba muy limpio y calidad precio muy buena. El barrio era perfecto para nosotros porque estaba alejado del bullicio. Tienen un jardín bonito. Hice una reserva con "zona de cocina" y cuando llegué la mujer insistió en que cocinara en su cocina, pero tenía que ser en ese preciso momento, luego decía que no se podía (no sé por qué motivo...), quería organizarnos la tarde. No hubo manera de entendernos, al principio "parecía" amable pero luego me pareció bastante impertinente, incluso llegó a sugerirnos que si no estábamos cómodos nos fuéramos. Fue la situación más extraña, o quizás la unica negativa que he tenido en mis 10 días viajando por Albania.

Molto utile avere la lavatrice nell’appartamento e la vista dal balcone della stanza è eccezionale, si vede tutta Saranda dall’alto. Attenzione alla strada per arrivare all’alloggio, in quanto un po’ sterrata, ma percorribile.

L'emplacement, à éviter si vous êtes à pieds. 25 minutes de marche, sur une route en montée dénivelé assez impressionnant. La route en terre pour accéder au logement est difficile à pied. Salle de bain DANGEREUX, fils électriques non protégés assez bas.

• Jaka (10/5): Highly recommend this place! - We had an exceptional stay at Vijolca Apartment in Sarande! The apartment was super clean, with a well-functioning AC that kept us cool and comfortable. The location is fantastic—perched on top of a hill with stunning sea views, and just a 10-minute walk to the center of town. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, and her husband even came to pick us up at the bus station, which was a lovely gesture. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarande!

Le logement se situe un peu en hauteur de la ville et il faut se préparer à marcher un peu pour y accéder. Ce qui a été éprouvant sous la chaleur !

• Marković (10/5): - Vjolca nas je lepo docekala i ugostila. Soba je bila veoma cista. Ovakvo gostoprimatvo jos nigde nismo videli. Pomogli su nam oko kofera, u izboru hrane, lokalnih zanimljivosti. Super izbor. Opet bismo dosli kod Vjolce.🫶🏻
• Solène (10/5): - Nous sommes partis 10 jours à Sarandë et nous avons dormi chez Vjollca et son mari. Ils ont étaient d’une gentillesse incroyable, nous avons rarement connus des personnes aussi simple et gentils. Nous avons pu faire plusieurs barbecue et emprunter leur voiture. Vjollca est très réactive pour les messages et nous a changé les draps lors du séjour. Elle nous envoyé régulièrement des messages pour savoir si on ne manquait de rien et nous recommandé certains lieux à visiter, certaines plages, certains magasins, … . L’appartement était très propre nous n’avons rien à signaler là-dessus. Je recommande vivement de réserver chez Vjollca, niveau rapport qualité prix ce sont sûrement les meilleurs. Une chose est sûre, si nous reviendrons en Albanie nous irons une deuxième fois chez Vjollca !

The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and is equipped with everything you need, cooking utensils, air conditioning, excellent wifi, towels, washing machine. We were allowed to leave our luggage there and take a shower even after check out. All our requests were met to the maximum extent, for which again I thank you very much and also for the transfer to the port with our luggage.

• Karniouchin (9/5): 9/10 - Värdarna var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi fick hyra deras bil i ett par dagar för bara 25 euro per dag. Det var väldigt prisvärt, jämfört med vad alla andra erbjuder från nästan 200 euro per dag. Men de var trevliga, samt att om vi bad om något så skriv vi till de på WhatsApp och bad om till exempel en dammsugare och snabbt och utan tvekan fick vi en dammsugare. Ja, det som inte var så bra är att badrumsgolvet har en ganska dålig konstruktion. Men ändå var alla nöjda med semesterbesöket hos Vjollcas home.

• diarmida (10/5): Amazing holidays for a family - The apartament is simple but clean and equipped with everything what is neccessary on holidays. It has got a kitchen annex with pots, cups, and plates. There is a private bathroom in the apartament. Although the owners live in the same building there is a private entrance to the apartament . You can do the loundry , iron clothes or borrow sunbeds. There is a big wardrobe in the corridor to keep your stuff. The owners are very nice and helpful.(Whatever we asked for we got). The contact with owners is easy via what's up even before the vacation. They answer really quickly.The apartament has a beautiful balcony with an amazing seaview where you can sit on a big sofa and chill out. The neighbourhood is quiet. It is not far from the city centre. The wifi worked perfectly, although it was used by three people. Air condition is also good. The parking place is in front of the building. It is perfect for people having a car as the house is on a steepy hill and there are a lot of attractions around Saranda accessible by car. Google maps application has some problems with placing the house on the map , so we had the trouble to get there but the owners found us and helped to get there. The information on booking.com is a little bit confusing as it is said 'one bedroom apartament' but there is no separate bedroom. It is one big room with kitchen, bathroom, corridor, and a big balcony.

Хозяева сделали замечание, чтобы мы тратили меньше электричества, т. е. если не находимся в комнате выключить всё электроприборы и свет. Периодически замечали от входной двери до кухни ползающих муравьёв. В спальне кондиционер живёт своей жизнью. Несколько раз за ночь просыпались то от жары, то от холода.
