- Carrion (5/5): No es un lugar para alquilar con niños, solo personas grandes - El lugar estaba limpio El dueño se quejo de mis hijos, cómo que estaban golpeando paredes y cosas (lo cual no fue así, estaban jugando con un juguete y se les caía al piso) el problema es que es una casa dividida con Durlock y cada cosa que hacías se escuchaba seguramente de su lado, el pequeño fondo al cual podías salir pero a la vez no ya que tiene una cámara puesta ahí, el internet regular y el tele no es smart tiene línea claro y solo te deja ver canales de ahí, (YouTube no)
- Pablo (1/5): Just don't bother with this place. Go to a hotel in the middle of the city like the Hyatt. - The only thing I liked was that the place was close to my sisters house. Thats about it, oh and the neighborhood is safe to walk around in. First, the owner decided to build a wall to divide the backyard and made a ton of noise, saying it would only take a few days, which turned out to be the entire time I was there. Second, the neighbor from next door likes to sit outside and chat his ass off with the owner of the property early in the morning and at the end of the day, which is annoying because you hear everything they talk about through the thin walls and windows. Third, they smoke out front, and the smell travels inside, which is disgusting. The bathroom sink has nowhere to place your things. The beds are all hard as rocks and uncomfortable. I had a few family members over for a bar-b-que, and the owner later threw it in my face when I told him that the construction workers can't start the work day when I'm trying to sleep early in the morning, mind you he was the one that offered that I could even invite people over and make those type of plans with my family. The shower faucet is trash; you need to fiddle with it to get an even temperature, and the shower head has no pressure. The bathroom also smells like someone died in there because of the open sewage vent in the middle. If you go in the summertime and think you can leave the A/C on and come back to a nice chill apartment, you can't because the owner will constantly message you on WhatsApp to turn it off. The worst part is that the A/C is on the same circuit as everything else. The worst part is that the owner is right next door to you. Mind you, this place was $1800 and was a huge mistake. He also messaged me on WhatsApp, threatening me and making it seem as if I was obligated to do money exchange for him (because I paid him in dollars in cash), had to put him in his place and tell him to go to the bank as everyone else does. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER RENT FROM THIS PERSON OR ON THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. Oh almost forgot the neighbor has a small yapping dog that like to bark, they also like to rev their cars and motorcycles.
