Jediné co bych vytkla je opravdu strmý kopec směrem z města na chatu, ale nic co by se nedalo zvládnout;)

• R (10/5): - Clean and cosy. Nice owner and huge breakfasts. We liked being able to use cooking facilities to make or own meals and especially liked the filter coffee maker. Other guests were quiet adults so it there was a peaceful atmosphere. Easy walk along footpath to Svaty Petr. Nothing. Just for any other potential guests to note in winter you will need tyre socks or chains to get to the property by car (or shoes with very good grips to walk from the bus stop).

• Melody (10/5): Peaceful, cozy mountain inn with thoughtful touches and a scrumptious breakfast - -very cozy, homey interior -many thoughtful touches, such as a coat rack and rack for wet winter clothes outside our bedroom door -very friendly, warm host -comfy chairs in the room -delicious breakfast that was different every morning (different egg style, different sweet treat) -common kitchen and sitting area where you can cook and spend time -very peaceful location -right next to the start of many hiking trails I didn’t dislike anything. There is instant coffee, so it would have been nice to have espresso coffee or drip coffee. As other reviewers said, it is up quite a steep hill so pulling suitcases up the hill was a bit difficult. Certainly, anyone with mobility issues should take a taxi to the inn.

• Marta (10/5): Przyjemny pobyt, zostaliśmy bardzo serdecznie przyjeci przez właścicielkę. - Bardzo kameralny, zadbany obiekt. Pokój był wygodny, idealnie czysty z dużym łóżkiem z idealnie twardym materacem i uroczą pościelą. Pensjonat położony w cichej okolicy, w niedalekiej odległości od centrum, blisko szlaków. Indywidualne śniadania ze świeżutkim pieczywem serwowane przez uśmiechniętą właścicielkę, która jest przemiłą osobą. Nie było minusów.

• Malika (10/5): Amazing! - We loved our stay at Penzion Hana so much that we extended it by 3 more days. Great location for hiking and the breakfast was delicious and different every day. You can also cook at the penzion which was very helpful. Hana is lovely and very accommodating. We would love to come back! Nothing, everything was great.
• Qaay (10/5): To tutaj rozpoczęła się nasza droga na Śnieżkę, gdzie Justyna powiedziała "TAK". - Pobyt w tym pensjonacie to czysta przyjemność. Przede wszystkim lokalizacja jest wręcz doskonała – szczególnie dla osób lubiących aktywnie spędzać czas w górach a jednocześnie chcących wypocząć w ciszy i spokoju. Pensjonat znajduje się w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie najciekawszych karkonoskich tras, m.in. na Śnieżkę czy do Doliny Białej Łaby. Dodatkowym atutem jest ścieżka, która prowadzi bezpośrednio z pensjonatu do centrum miasta. Pokoje są funkcjonalne i urządzone ze smakiem – w stylu neo-retro z lekką skandynawską nutą. Są komfortowe, czyste i zadbane, więc po całym dniu zwiedzania można w nich wypocząć. Gospodarze to bardzo mili i serdeczni ludzie, dbający o dobre samopoczucie gości. Jedynym wyzwaniem był sam dojazd – mapa Google próbowała poprowadzić nas na ścieżkę pieszą za kościołem św. Piotra i Pawła, co oczywiście nie było najlepszym pomysłem, ale na szczęście udało się to rozwiązać. Trzeba było wracać do domu :)

• Łukasz (10/5): Cudowie - Śniadania były wyśmienite, zawsze czekało na nas ciepły posiłek (jajecznica, omlet) oraz pyszny ręcznie robiony kawałek ciasta lub innego wypieku. Pani właścicielka bardzo zaangażowana w to co robi, widać to dookoła pensjonatu, zielono, wszędzie kwitnące kwiaty. Dodatkowo przed budynkiem rozpościera się piękny widok.
• Tom (10/5): - Sehr angenehme, privat geführte Unterkunft in Spindel. Sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und 1a Frühstück. Schönes Grundstück, leider konnten wir die Gartenterrasse mit Bergblick, wg Regen nicht nutzen. Die Inhaberin ist sehr nett. Absolut empfehlenswert!
• Maryna (10/5): Recommend!!! - Wonderful host, delicious breakfast, cozy room and great view, I really enjoyed staying there. This place can be challenging in winter as it is located on a hill and if the weather conditions are not favourable it can be quite difficult to reach on foot and if you are driving and there is snow you will need snow chains.

It's conveniently situated just a short 10-minute walk from the bustling city center, which was perfect for exploring the local attractions and restaurants. But what I loved most was its serene surroundings near the forest. It provided such a peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Now, onto breakfast. While it may have been simple, it was incredibly satisfying and provided me with the fuel I needed for the day ahead. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone, and I appreciated the effort put into ensuring guests were well-fed and ready for the day. As for the apartments themselves, they were impeccably tidy. It was clear that cleanliness was a top priority here, and I felt right at home in the cozy and well-maintained space. The service staff were also a highlight of my stay. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my time there. And let's not forget about the bed! The mattress and pillows were heavenly - so plush and comfortable. It was like sleeping on a cloud, and I had some of the best rest I've had in a long time. Overall, I can't recommend this accommodation enough. From its convenient location and delicious breakfast to its spotless apartments and friendly staff, it truly had everything I needed for a perfect getaway. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, you won't be disappointed with your stay here.

This is the best place to stay, highly recommended. Comfortable beds, great views, peaceful surroundings and mountans in the terrace!

Would stay again :) Could have provided shampoo/soap, but not much of an issue. Walk up to Pension Hana was quite exhausting but a good exercise :)

• Tereza (10/5): Cute and cozy mountain getaway stay - We liked absolutely everything about our stay! There is parking available at the property, the room is nothing fancy but very cozy, quiet and comfortable - perfect for a little mountain getaway. There is a mini fridge in the room and a coffee machine. Last but not least - the host is super nice and really made sure to make us feel welcomed and cared for. She even helped us carry our bags and made us a blueberry cake. Overall, this stay was a 10/10 and we would definitely stay here again. Other than it being on top of a hill? 😆 only thing we missed was a shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. We forgot those at home, and the convenience store in the village was already closed when we arrived. This was our fault though, and although it’d be nice to not have to worry about that, we understand that that’d be something extra :)
