• RDRL (9/5): - Nice family guesthouse. The owner was very attentive although we couldn't communicate much. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Although it's very noisy at night in the area, the room was completly soundproof, I heard nothing, only if I opened the window. It can be a bit complicated to find the first time. The rooms are upstairs with narrow stairs in case you have big lugagge but the owner will help you to carry it.

Приятный хозяин, узнав, что у меня вылет рано утром, любезно предложил отвезти в аэропорт на байке за небольшую цену. Слабый напор воды, кондиционер слабоват, но не критично. Для недолгого проживания отличный вариант
• Jackie (8/5): Convenient location, Great value. - Convenient location to restaurants, BenThan Market, City bus, Metro and WalkingStreet. Great value and owner was very helpful. I am 70 and it was up 4 narrow flights of stairs which was hard for me. Owner carried the luggage up and down which helped. The bed is quite hard and it is a wet bath but that is standard for SE Asia.

• Sahota (9/5): Great stay - Location was great, just steps away from the famous walking street, yet far enough from the noisy all night partying at the main street. Beds were firm and comfortable. The owners don't speak a word of English but are very friendly and helpful using Google Translate, they even give a complimentary water bottle upon arrival. Hard to find, it's located in an alleyway and no sign on the building.

• Lisa (7/5): Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. - Die Lage ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden, zu shoppen, zu essen und zu feiern. Das Bett war relativ hart und es war sehr laut. Ohne Oropax kann man nicht so gut schlafen.
• Natalia (9/5): Great value for what you pay - The owner is very friendly. He doesn't speak English, but we communicated with Google translator. He helps you with your suitcase on the stairs. The mattress is comfortable. The sheets, towels and badroom were clean. The AC and the TV worked. The room and badroom are exactly as in the pictures. Good location (very close to restaurants, and also close to tourists places and public transportation). More cleaning on details would be good, like the AC and TV remotes. Also, another pillow to watch TV more confy, and a full body mirror, would be great.

• Miamckella (8/5): Nice stay - Great location, although hard to find at first, had to ask around from the locals and even they didn't know. Nice room with a view to the rooftops. Ok bed. Lovely and friendly family. We booked a room with a balcony, but there is no balcony, only windows. Our room was on the top floor, the stairs are quite steep and narrow so just a heads up about that.
• Jule (7/5): Good - Good location if you want to be in walking distance to the most touristic places. The owner was very nice. Hard to find in a maze of small alleys. Room not really soundproof. You hear the dogs and people from the alleys beneath you. Room not properly cleaned. Towels and bed sheets smelled bad and the bathroom was not properly cleaned (used soap bars, used comb with a hair in it etc.)

The owner is friendly and welcoming, we chose a room with balcony and actually it's useful even if small. There's laundry service and the price is good (cheap for the area). Everything is good except that, during meals 'time, there's food smell that comes in the room from the toilet 's window (if you close the door everything is fine)

The host was very lovely and attentive, he let us store our bags when we checked out. Great value for money, would definitely stay again. Bit hard to find the property on arrival but the host was awaiting our arrival and found us which was great.

The family running the guesthouse were very nice & accommodating. I came home late & there was always someone there to let me in right away. Highly recommend for a budget hotel/guesthouse!!!!

Great Wi-Fi. Silent AC in good working condition. The furniture and especially the toilet seat were a bit worn. The bedding was not new, the room could be a bit cleaner (found some hair that isn't mine in bedroom and bathroom). Nothing major though, and great for the price.

• Amanda (7/5): Good - Clean and hot shower. Has a small balcony. Owner doesn’t speak much English but is as helpful as can be. Have to navigate some disorganized alleyways so not super easy to find. You have to take your shoes off before entering the lobby. Room was small and no where to put your things.
• Rebecca (7/5): Good - Location is good if you want to be in District 1, it’s 2 minutes walk to Bui Vien. The property is clean and good value for the price. The owner is lovely and very helpful. It’s a local neighbourhood so a few noises from that but nothing to complain about. It is in a maze of alleys but once you know your way it’s ok. Good shower and clean towels and bedding. I did notice a few ants!
• Eik (10/5): Perfect, cheap stay in the heart of Saigon:) - Room was clean and comfortable, and toiletries were provided. The host was incredibly nice and always helpful. The room is upstairs over the family’s living room, and the family was very welcoming so we never felt like we were intruding! Very good location, close to restaurants and nightlife but completely quiet in the room at night! Also not too far from sights like the post office and town hall:) A bit hard to find at first as the alleys are slightly wrong on google maps
• Katarzyna (9/5): Comfortable place with local feel - Basic, but very comfortable and clean rooms. It is close to a very busy walking street (Bui Vien), but is hidden in a small alley and thanks to that remains a quiet place even after the loud parties start off. The owners speak only few words in English, but are super nice and friendly, taking care of your comfort. Residents and location give it a very 'local' feel, which we really enjoyed. There are a ton of street food opportunities nearby, as well as agencies to help you with arranging everything from transport to long-distance tours. -

The owner and family are friendly and approachable The hotel location is close to the excitement and madness of Bui Vien walking street, yet it is quiet and peaceful. The balcony is very small, so don't get too excited. It's more of a big window, really.

It was very good sight on balcony. Difficult to look for in narrow street, but some person living nearside was teach me to road. so no problem.

• Jas (8/5): Great stay in a local viet house with friendly and helpful owners! - Super convenient location in the middle of the most busy touristy area, you will experience living in a typical viet house and the owners are very friendly and quite helpful! super recommended if you want to travel more sustainably as Guest houses are much lower carbon footprint than Hotels, as u helping a local viet family! There's some little noise coming from the party area but its not too much and manageable
