- HARUNA (2/5): コンセントが人数分ない - ロビーがちょっとおしゃれ、スタッフの愛想がいい、whatsappでの連絡が早い。 ドミトリーの部屋にはコンセントタップが人数分ない（5番の部屋）。この街ではツアーのために早朝出発をする宿泊者も多いので充電は死活問題。ありえない。ほかの宿泊者はフロアランプのコンセントを抜いて充電を確保する始末。ちなみにそれでも全く足りてない。 部屋の空気はとても淀んでおり、清潔感がまったくない。トイレやシャワーも一般的な安ドミトリーと同レベルで、日本人基準だと不快感が強い。欧米の大学生グループがワイワイキャッキャするのにはちょうどいいんだろうけど、二つ星と聞いて期待していたのに最悪だった。スターリンク以外何一ついいところがない。

- Hernan (7/5): El huevón fétido - La terraza y el comedor Uno de los extranjeros tenia el camarote pasado a pie al parecer como podemos evitar algo así lo único podría ser es pedirles que su ropa sucia en bolsas y por favor que se bañe. Eso lo soportamos 4 noches así como pueden comprender tuve que abrir las ventanas tirar un poco desodorante ambiental .

That’s great to see the stars but above all else to service for the people who handle the place is amazing, my flight got delayed like 12 hours flying into Calama, which is basically ruined my whole plan and I actually didn’t even get to stay the first night here, Karin was extremely patient and helpful while I was basically had no idea if and when I would get there, they didn’t even charge me for the first night reservation because obviously stayed a lot a few more nights. I would say this is better for younger people or people that like more social environments but it’s also on the quieter side of town so if that makes it pretty good too 10 out of 10 experience.

Você precisa andar um pouco pra chegar na rua principal caracoles mas isso já está no anúncio. Então vc meio que aluga sabendo. Isso é único ponto que não deixa ser perfeito o lugar.

- Darling (10/5): - El lugar era amplio, muy linda decoracion, buenas instalaciones, todo limpio, terrazas para mirar hacia la cordillera, la cocina era amplia y estaba excelentemente equipada, bastante espacio para refrigerar tus víveres, el comedor amplio y buen sistema de entrada digital, con conexión a Star link 🥰, hay lugares cercanos para comprar comida y negocios. El alojamiento estaba bastante alejado del centro, a 20 minutos aproximadamente caminado.

- Bastian (6/5): Nice but they need to get more bathrooms or signage. - Clean, nice rooftop & people 2 bathrooms for about 30 people in the whole hostel, wifi didn’t work outside of bedroom dorms & my partner got charged 8000 pesos to use the washing machine which was in the common area where there was no signage that it had to be paid for. Happy to pay if Theres signage but also for it to be 8000 pesos and be told AFTER the clothes is washing put us in an awkward position.

- juan (10/5): Lo mejor calidad/precio. - La cocina y espacios comunes en general me parecieron bien equipados, cómodos, ordenados y limpios. Ademas, me permitieron guardar mis pertenencias en su bodega para poder ir a recorrer el pueblo antes de hacer el check in.

Las chicas que trabajan ahí siempre atentas y muy dispuestas. No es que no me haya gustado, pero está un poquito lejos del centro, y la caminata es bajo sol.

It was pretty noisy until midnight, the owner decided to clean and empty the bins at 11pm with no consideration of noise, and people were cooking until very late. If you have a room facing the common area it will be hard to sleep.

- Isabella (9/5): - Incrível a estadia! Fui eu e minha filha de 12 anos, vivemos momentos inesquecíveis. Não é colado no centrinho, pensei que fosse ser um problema mas é bem melhor o hostel mais afastado, fez a gente andar um pouquinho e sentir mais a cidade. Foi incrível demais! Na hospedagem, tudo é limpo e organizado! Silencioso e ao mesmo tempo caloroso! Eu confesso que foi minha primeira hospedagem num hostel e eu estava com pé atrás, a partir de agora só me hospedo em hostel. Só não darei 10 porque a água do chuveiro (fiquei em quarto privado) não esquentou. De resto dou mil!!!! 👏👏👏 Água do chuveiro gelada e um pouco da falta de simpatia de uma funcionária. Obs: a recepcionista, perfeita!

Être excentré du centre (15min à pied) a été un avantage pour nous car le lieu est calme. Pensez à prendre suffisamment de cash car le paiement par carte rajoute 3,5%. La lessive coûte 8.000 CLP que vous donniez 1kg ou 4kg donc ça peut faire cher si vous n'atteignez pas les 4kg max.

- Fernanda (9/5): Um pouco longe mas o hostel é bom - Ambiente muito gostoso, os funcionários sempre muito dispostos a ajudar e resolver o que precisa ser resolvido. Cozinha bem equipada, aquecedor, tolhas e roupas de cama do quarto individual bons! Aquecedor do chuveiro as vezes falhava e é um pouco distante do centro.

- Yerty (10/5): - Todo limpio , la recepción y limpieza de el áreas comunes . Muy recomendable pasamos 4 días muy cómodos con mi hija . Solo el problema del agua caliente en algunas horas , y tal vez de sugerencias habilitar mas baños o duchas.
