• Maria (10/5): Great vacation home with all the facilities for comfortable stay, near the beach and port, walking distance, highly reco - Great location near the beach, restaurants and port.
• Martyna (9/5): Close to the beach, away from the crowds - Super clean house, really nice. Very comfortable beds, quite well-equipped kitchen. Efficient air conditioning. Very nice owner! Close to the playground, right on the beach. Several restaurants in the town and delicious ice cream - open even in winter. ;) Maybe some bushes in the garden to have more privacy from the neighbors.

• Benjamin (1/5): No room at the inn - Don't know couldn't get in. Hosts did not respond to our request for arrival instructions. No apartment number given, no lights, no response to our phone message. We had to find another place in the dark on short notice.
• Jane (9/5): A lovely apartment. Highly recommended - I loved this property… we had a lovely lovely stay . The apartment has everything you need. Just across the road is the beach and 5 minutes away is the port. The only thing we struggled with was the stairs . They are more like a ladder . We are fit and still struggled a bit .
• Tracy (10/5): Fantastic place to stay in Latchi. Sush a treat to be so close to the beach - This accommodation was a fantastic find. Excellent value for money and the owner, was professional, friendly and really helpful. The town house is only a 10 minute walk from the harbour in Latchi where the shops and restaurants are. Every morning, we woke to the most beautiful view of the sea and beach which is just across the road. There is also a lovely communal area behind the house with seating and a BBQ. The town house itself was really well equipped. We will definitely be coming back to stay in this lovely accommodation again in the future. Really loved it and would highly recommend. Nothing. I loved it.
• Ofriki (9/5): Superb - We loved the location! Close to everything and, most of all, to the beach. Crossing the road to the municipal beach of Polis The house was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice yard at the back. Overall, we had a lovely time The TV didn't work due to the internet bad connection. (The Wi-Fi work well, though)
• Kleinveld (8/5): It was a very lovely home, closeby the beach and the center of Latchi, overall our stay was very enjoyable. - The accomodation had very broad facilities. A lot of cooking utensils, access to Netflix and multiple herbs to use for your food. It was very close by the beach and quite close to the inner part of the city, which we appreciated very much. The cats in the backyard were very sweet, however it did cause the backyard to stink sometimes, which was why we chose not to sit there. That was a shame because it looked overall lovely. Secondly the parking was sometimes a little difficult, but not a huge bother.

• Georgios (10/5): Exceptional - The location (2-3 minutes by foot to the beach), neighborhood, cleanliness and the facilities. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable (even two types of coffee machine! (French coffee and frape!!).
• Tomasz (8/5): A very nice and clean apartment in a great location. - The location was very good with a sea view from both floors. It was clean and had most of the things that you need to have a pleasant holiday stay. No issues with parking either. Netflix, coffee machine and welcome cold drinks added some nice touch. The bathroom is upstairs and the stairs are quite uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was obvious from the description/photos but it could be quite uncomfortable for some people. I don't expect this to be changed but it probably should be better communicated as some people may have some issues with it.
• Nell_london (8/5): Lovely stay in close proximity to the beach. - Wonderful location with the beautiful, clear sea across the road from the house, and the harbour and restaurants just a short walk away. Pavlos is a lovely, helpful, and responsive host. The house is clean, with very comfortable beds and the best air conditioning we've ever had. The house has everything you need for a short stay. It provides very good value for money. Some spaces are a little compact - the bathroom is very small. The spiral staircase could be difficult for older or mobility impaired guests (particularly when getting luggage upstairs). The outside spaces are nice, but you are very close to neighbours. This wasn't a problem - everyone was quiet and respectful - but if you like privacy as we do, it's something to bear in mind.
• Jennifer (8/5): Enjoyed our stay. - Well equipped and comfortable apartment in a quiet location. Plenty of parking. Close proximity to the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, also two well stocked small supermarkets.
• Amadeusz (9/5): Perfect stay in winter time. - Nice location with sea view from the balcony of the bedroom. NIce sandy beach 5 min. walk away from the appartment. Quiet place, good restaurants around. On the other side of the house, the terrace under the lemon tree and green hill. Clean well equipped kitchen, table outside. Very friendly and supporting host. We were in close contact by Whatsapp about local details and we've received detailed map of neighbourhood with marked restaurants, shops, beaches etc. In February it was necessary to warm up the flat by AC, what takes a while to feel cosy inside while it was 10 deg. outside at night.
• Ian (9/5): Superb - Superb spacy place, enough for a whole family. Spiral stairs a bit tricky especially with suitcase. Owner happy to send details of access before last minute normal which usually leaves me outside with no.instructions. i believe a booking.com quirk not suited to those without data access sway from wifi. Only very minor difficulty was understanding greek instructions on the programme knob of the washing machine. Turn it and read the numbers didplayed.

• Stephen (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable. - Great location, large clean well equipped property. Easy contact with host. Short walk to marina and shops/restaurants of Latchi. Promenade walk to Polis (approx 2km, or a 5 minute drive). Seaview from lounge, bedroom and balcony. Back bedroom overlooked garden and trees. We would stay here again if we come to this part of Cyprus. Would recommend a visit to the turtle museum - just 20 minutes away by car. It was all good.
• Trevor (9/5): Well equipped and good location. - Very comfortable double bed. Excellent kitchen. 2 minutes walk to the prom and beach. Easy parking outside the apartment and easy to find. Nice balcony to main bedroom. Owner left us a bottle of wine and some oranges from his garden- many thanks. Would stay here again. Single beds hard and not very comfortable. Sofa also on the hard side. Some noise during night from the road, bin collection and rain on the plastic balcony awning. Limited sunshine in winter in shared rear area due to high ground at the back. No kitchen towel or tea towels.
• Katrusa (8/5): Perfect winter escape house if problems with water pressure fixed. - Perfect location. Nice seaside walk. Quiet and cosy well-equipped townhouse. Helpful host easy to contact with. In December there were very few people in the surrounding area, while shops and restaurants were open. It's the perfect place for a winter escape. Problems with water. First, the boiler was broken - was fixed the next day by the owner. Then, the very low water pressure in the pipes left. We did not want to manage any fixing process again during our stay, so had to go along with it having very quick showers. Netflix account was not connected. The drying rack for clothes was dilapidating from old age. The washing machine is situated outside the house, its top was flooded with water when we arrived, which looked dangerous.
• Igor (10/5): Great place for a vacation. - Everything was just perfect! Fully equipped kitchen, amazing view of the sea from the terasse as well as from the second floor's balcony. Both places has sitting place. Calm and prety sitting place also at the backyard under a lemon tree. Everything is clean and comfortable bedrooms. The host is very kind, answers all questions and helped with everything we needed. There is a a parking place and very nice beach 5 min walk across the road and a restaurant. Warmly recommended apartment.
• Fajnsmekr (10/5): Great location few minutes from the beach - Great location, just 3 min. from the beach. Very close to the marina with some good restaurants and bars. The place is perfect for familly with 1-2 kids. It is very quiet location. Want to come back in the future and this place will be the first choice.

• Florian (9/5): very good for the amount we payed, we would reccomend it - That you just need to cross one road and you are at the beach, good place to cook and do the laundry, easy check in and check out, close to restaurants and supermarkets, close to the Akamas national park it was not sunny there but maybe it's because of the winter season

The kitchen have everything for comfortable cooking , nice backyard to eat outside as well. Pavlos is very kind and in help for all your needs. Beautiful area .Highly recommande both for beach lovers and for mountains lovers.

Good location for the beach and the two closest restaurants were great. The spiral staircase might be challenging for someone with mobility problems.

• Demetris (8/5): A fine cosy place - Fine for short or long term stay with all necessary equipment and even more. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants and less than 100m from the beach. For the hardcore coffee lovers a Nespresso machine would come in handy. People with mobility issues will find the stairs to the bedrooms and WC a bit steep.
