- John (9/5): Stunning location and the hosts were incredible. Great communication and so accommodating. We even got fresh eggs left - Amazing location and really easy to find. If you want genuine peace and quiet, this is the place Nothing
- Manmay (10/5): Beautiful - Everything about the stay was beautiful. The location was magical, it felt like we were looking at a Windows screensaver non stop. The hosts were really welcoming and friendly, made us feel really comfortable.
It was lovely being surrounded by farm animals. Pretty close to wilson’s prom as well.
- Elaine (8/5): Tiny stay - The surroundings, seeing the alpacas and goats.
Peaceful setting.
The cabin was well equipped with all necessary kitchen ware and power points. The cosiness and fittings gave a relaxing feeling. The signs to find the place could be better.
The instructions for access to the cabin could be better.
The stay was lovely but somewhat overpriced.

- Pearly (7/5): - Great customer service. Nice exterior. Good experience. Good value for money. Unclear sign to home, we got lost when arrived.
Too many flies.
The kitchen couldn’t be turned off. There was no mul-ti spray. The kitchen clothes were really smelly. I had to use our own baby wipes for cleaning for the whole 4-day stay.
The outdoor BBQ oven is not clean, we didn’t dare to use it.
Unclear sign on the trash bin, we were confused where to throw away the leftover food for animals.
The composting toilet was a nightmare… we didn’t feel comfortable with it at all sorry.
There were blood marks on the bed sheets.
The window mirrors change from invisible to visible from the outside when it gets dark without prior notice.
- Elouise (9/5): Beautiful area, lovely views and very relaxing. - I love the atmosphere, the animals were so friendly and the set up was gorgeous. The hosts were really lovely. Nothing it was lovely
- Dilshan BUDDHIKA (10/5): Nice place -
- Glennis (10/5): A cozy and peaceful farm stay with stunning views, friendly hosts, cute animals, and a starry sky! - The location was amazing! So peaceful and beautiful. I stayed a night in a tiny house on the farm and absolutely loved it. The house was super cozy, warm, and had everything I needed.
The farm animals were adorable, and the hosts were really friendly and welcoming, as were the chooks, ducks and geese. The whole place had such a peaceful, relaxing vibe.
The view was stunning, and at night, I could see all the stars—like all of them. It was magical.
Wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet, beautiful getaway in nature!
- Han (8/5): A peaceful and well-equipped tiny home stay surrounded by nature, with friendly hosts and beautiful views. - We had a really enjoyable weekend stay. The property was peaceful, well-equipped, and the hosts were incredibly helpful. We loved the BBQ, the cozy campfire setup (the hosts were super responsive in helping us when we couldn’t get it started), and the beautiful scenery and sunset. There were plenty of farm animals around, including ducks, goats, sheep and even alpacas, which made the stay feel special. The kitchen had everything we needed – from utensils to seasonings and fresh milk – and the hot plate stove worked perfectly. The compost toilet, though unexpected, was very clean, and the heater/AC made the cold night much more comfortable. There wasn’t much to complain about, but just to note – the compost toilet caught us by surprise, as we hadn’t expected it. It was clean and didn’t cause any issues, but might be something to keep in mind if you’re not used to it. Also, while the space was well-equipped, it’s still very much a tiny home experience – cozy but compact – so just make sure that’s what you’re after. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway in nature.

- Mariel (9/5): Unique and beautiful experience - The hosts were very kind & accommodating! We really love the animals around the tiny home! Despite the freezing & rainy weather when we got there, felt comfy with warm due to their heater & heated beds! Great touch The loo was something we had to work with knowing it’s a detached home- hence the eco toilet, but the place overruled this down side. (Maybe a strong air freshener or dehumidifier can assist)
- Szabolcs (10/5): Lovely place to relax and unwind! - Lovely cozy tiny home far away from the busy life. We really enjoyed our stay there! The sky was just amazing, sitting by the fire was a dream. Wildlife is all around, we loved every minute. The sunrise was wonderful and we saw kangoroos on the hill nearby. Thank you Shaz, keep up the good work!

- Laura-liisa (10/5): Great getaway! - Picturesque surroundings in the countryside, lamas just across the lawn and hens around the corner. Bonfire was super cozy in the evening. Comfortable bed and little kitchenette with all necessities. Warm and welcoming host. The toilet is a dry green compost toilet, no flushing. Could be a bit smelly. But nothing too dramatic.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -

- Tara (9/5): Beautiful spot, and perfect for relaxing as it is so peaceful. - Loved how serene the area was, absolutely quiet and peaceful. Having the firepit was wonderful, and the tiny home had everything we needed. In a great location for exploring Wilsons Prom and Tarra Bulga National Park. The hosts were outstanding and provided great recommendations (Gurneys Cidery was a fab spot and we would not have come upon it had they not recommended it). Lots of wildlife, really loved that and the livestock was great to watch at night. I can't think of anything, loved the place.
- Sally (10/5): Amazing scenary, lovely hosts and the highlight of our trip! - We loved everything - super comfortable bed, clever layout within the cabin to maximize space and excellent appliances, shower and green toilet. Beautiful view, lovely spot to enjoy the weather, scenery and animals. Welcoming and delightful hosts too. We were recommended the Commercial Hotel for dinner which was also fantastic.

There was an electric blanket, perfect for the cold weather. The fire was ready with woods for us to light when we arrived. The hosts were very hospitable and kind. They made sure that we were comfortable and have everything we needed.

- Yasas (10/5): Exceptional - This was an amazing experience for us. Everything was perfect.
- Lalehzari (10/5): Great place, amazing people and one of kind experience. Got to try this yourself. - great place to be nothing
- Imogen (9/5): A peaceful little getaway and lovely hosts - The set up was beautiful, they had the fire ready to be lit, the hosts were lovely, the tiny home was clean and practical, the animals were adorable. The fairy lights weren’t working as they had recently broken which was a shame as it would have added to the atmosphere and provided a little extra light at night time, but it certainly wasn’t a big deal.
- Thanyaammie (10/5): Exceptional - • Far away from any light or sound pollution and best for romantic star glazing.
• Peace and quiet farm, all you could hear is the surrounding animals and the tree rustle in the wind.
• There are free roaming alpacas and hens, can't pet but you can watch them walk around you.
• Free fire wood for bon fire every night.
• The home is tiny but fully equipped, nothing to add.
• Host is super friendly and happy to get to know you.
• Butter biscuits is to die for... • Dunny style toilet but it's understandable from glamping point of view.
- L (10/5): Cosy stay on a beautiful farm property - Lovely hosts, amazing property and got to feed the chooks and geese. What’s not to love!
- Harnek (10/5): Unforgettable stay under the stars and the hosts were amazing… will visit again for sure😁 - Place was very comfortable with unbelievable views under and sky full of stars.
- Sachini (10/5): Absolutely amazing! - The tiny home had everything we needed and the hosts were amazing. We got the best experience of farm stay at Bush Retreat. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a peaceful holiday!
