- Waynr (10/5): Great - Very quiet , close to where we were going N/A
- Phillip (10/5): Felt like home - Very peaceful and relaxing Nothing
- Danka (10/5): - Stunning property, surrounded by lush gardens and wildlife. Very spacious with two living spaces, two dining areas, all beautifully furnished and decorated. Has everything you may possibly need. The pool was amazing too. All combined, created a wonderful atmosphere for us to relax in. Perfect and highly recommended. A total gem.
- Steve (9/5): A charming Country House near Grafton - perfect in one night, and even better if you stay longer! - Property owner met us at checkin to show the property and facilities and to provide us with an entrance key. Very spacious accommodation. We loved and are greatful for the 'little extras' provided food and treats in the fridge, extra towels for bathroom and beach use, soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Fully equipped premises suitable for all age groups, for couples, or families or sharing friend groups. The house is on a secluded property surrounded by wonderful trees and garden areas. 10 minutes or so drive into Grafton main. 45-50 minutes drive to several beaches, we especially liked Minnie Water Beach. Pool at the property was great. Kim and Jenny are wonderful and friendly hosts. The property is what it is, a charming Country house close to Grafton. It isn't a 5 star hotel resort, but neither are the nightly fees, and its also why we chose the comforts of a house over an ultra modern purpose built holiday property. Nothing for my wife and I was offputting, quite the opposite, it was very enjoyable to stay there.
- Rachel (9/5): Tranquility with affordable price. - It was such a tranquil moment, surrounded by greenery we loved it. My grandson loved the pool which kept him well entertained. Everything we needed and more. If you get bored at this premises then your not looking. Plenty of room to play outside, have a picnic even a BBQ. Take a walk to see the ducks in the little pond. And not faraway from Grafton. I loved my time here. The ants but the owner is working very hard towards rectifying this problem. My grandson suffered from massive bites that came from midges don't know if this was the property or not. Ive never encountered them as us 3 adults didn't suffer so just be prepared for the area.
- Cheryl (9/5): - Lovely comfortable cottage.

- Justin (7/5): It was suited our purpose. I would have like to have more time to explore the garden. - Didn't eat the breakfast. Location was great. The old leather couches give the living areas a bad musty smell.

- Kenneth (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and nice environment.
Full use of all areas including bath and showers. Kitchen area could do with a blind and a free standing fan, as no air conditioning in this area ! Gets extremely hot.
Other half of the home with air-conditioning great when door closed.
- Penny (4/5): Disappointing - Pool was dirty unable to swim
- Spry (10/5): This property was cosy and in a really quiet and serene location. Would definitely stay again!! - We received a very warm welcome from Kim on arrival. - Tracey (9/5): Superb -
- Norman (8/5): Large comfortable house in the country - Very large house with lots of facilities. An excellent breakfast was supplied - eggs, milk, yogurt, bread, jams, etc. The bed was excellent. Kim was extremely welcoming and helpful. The house has a lot of surrounding gardens and outdoor facilities which would be really lovely in summer (we were there in winter). The house is very large with lots of room and overall has lots of charm. But it was built a few years ago and so some fittings are aging. For example, the ensuite - but the shower did have good pressure and warmth. Another consideration is that the size of the house makes it harder to heat if it is very cold (we were there in winter).
- Janet (7/5): Lovely tranquil setting with very friendly host. - Very tranquil setting. Friendly host and lots of privacy. Breakfast supplies were good and very appreciated. House needs lots of maintenance. Also needs better cleaning regime. No dishwasher. Ensuite shower could only be used with minimal pressure as water wouldn’t drain quickly.
- Robert (9/5): Superb -
- Kelly (10/5): Fantastic, hope we get to go back again. - Beautiful large clean house and the host was lovely.
- Lau (10/5): Absolutely amazing. Super impressed and will be back. Incredible value for money, a total hidden gem -
- Hannah (8/5): Very good -
- Ananya (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing ambiance. Abundance of things. Nature at its best. Nothing
- Jane (10/5): A true home away from home. We loved it. - So much was provided, cereals, eggs, yoghurts and fruit. We were later than we planned reaching the house but I had let the hosts know and everything was sorted easily for us. Kim was just lovely, the gardens are amazing! The house was a delight - bigger than we expected and so colourful. Books and couches - I just wished that we had had more time to take advantage of those items. But it was definitely a true home away from home.
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Jian (10/5): Exceptional - The hostess is very enthusiastic and has prepared a lot of food the house is clean and quiet it's like coming home here
