Kevin (10/5): Unique in a good way. - The place is decorated and furnished in a very unique and warm way. I personally loved all the art pieces that instantly elevated my mood. It felt very homely and would happily stay again.
Elizabeth (10/5): We loved the cosy feeling it gave you and it made you feel right at home. We would do it again😊😊😊 - It was in a great location, very cosy and really lovely decorated. . Had everything you would need. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for money too. We loved it 😊 The single beds were uncomfortable 😳 But my sisters made them more comfy by putting both there doonas under their sheets to soften them. The only other thing is we found it very humid and sleeping was hard as there is no air conditioning. I wouldn’t like to think how hot it gets in summer.
Rudge (1/5): Bad - Our booking was cancelled a few days before we were due to arrive. We had already paid and were advised that getting a refund could take at least fourteen days. We were offered another location . The new accommodation was $550.00 cheaper. We were only refunded $ 330.00 because Booking . Com .would not refund their commission for the original booking. We tried to explain to the agent in Tea Gardens that it was not our problem that the owners of Tilly and Annie’s hadn’t let booking.com know that the property was not available due to renovations. This experience certainly left a bitter taste and affected our holiday experience. The agent in Tea Gardens was very angry that we questioned why we were $220 out of pocket. When we asked for directions to the property her initial response was “ you’ve got a GPS haven’t you, so use that,” So sad.

Jackie (7/5): Good - We had a lovely stay at Tilly and Annie's. The photos make it look a lot bigger than it is, but actually it was enough space for us and we had 4 adults and 2 toddlers running around. The location is really great, just two blocks from the beach and a short walk to the IGA for coffee It's managed by a real estate agency so just keep in mind you'll have to pay extra for linen and byo a lot of things, e.g. body wash. Beds and carpet were a bit dusty, but fine overall
