Lesley (8/5): Group of friends staying to ski Mt Hotham - Fantastic area to stay if you don’t want to be slope side. Plenty of restaurants and shops. Quiet. Well appointed. Spacious kitchen and living area. Comfy master bed. Staff were helpful when we had an issue with the door lock. Short walk to the Dinner Plain to Hotham shuttle. The loft bed on the top floor is too hard. The hot water must be on an off peak setting because it was room temp during the day - paying a premium so should have hot water all day. Cleaning could have been better.
Mahesh (1/5): need more cleaning and should replace old appliances - nothing To be honest we wanted to spend our vacation in a clean and tidy place.we thought it will be exactly as photos showed.But when we arrived we were so disappointed.The entrance was not clean and it was very old.No enough bed fittings.Toilet floor was not clean.we had to clean toilets first before we used.Then kitchen appliances -pans and mugs we had to clean before used.We swept floor before we used. Actually we wanted to checkout when we saw the property.But we spent more than 5 hours to arrive the location and our son is only two years old.we were soo tired.so we decided to clean it and spend the time. We didn’t go through reviews before we booked the property.But after this situation I went through and saw we are not the first people who experienced this. Anyway thank you for letting us spend the time. Thanks
