Guest Reviews
- Levent (7/5): -
- Megan (8/5): - Comfortable bed. Beach towels. Washing machine. Quiet area. One bowl, crockery needs attention. Noisy fan system. Outdoor space needs attention.
- Rachel (9/5): Short family beach getaway - Beds were comfy and the shower was great. Easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of space. Everything was as expected.
- Bronwyn (9/5): -
- Zali (7/5): -
- Philippa (5/5): Good location for access to the coastline and to Huskisson. - Location was good for access to the coastline and Huskisson. Very jaded property and not welcoming from the outside. Superficially clean. The house didn’t feel as clean as it should because much of the furniture and fittings were chipped or damaged. The washing machine was mouldy.
This accommodation was unfortunately the most disappointing that we have stayed at on this trip.
- Ruth (9/5): -
- Kati (10/5): Comfortable cottage close to town. - The property was in a good quiet location, but close enough to town. This made our stay very easy.
- linda (10/5): Property was in a lovely quiet streets. Bed had the comfiest mattress. Never sleep well when not in my own bed, but this - Location was perfect. Beautiful quiet street The courtyard was a bit small and unappealing
- Ludovic (10/5): -
- Rhiannon (9/5): -
- Christopher (8/5): Relaxed and comfortable beach house. - Classic beach house, with a rustic and relaxed feel. Everything was good to very good.
- Judy (7/5): Good - Excellent location, love the games provided. Would be better to have shampoo, any general type would do.
- Nasia (3/5): Would next go there again or recommend it. Filthy - The location and the house was next to everything The house was extremely dirty, cobwebs in the bedrooms and hair in the beds.
The kitchen appliances had rust and there were still used trays and baking paper in the over. The house was filthy.
- Sharon (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Cas Husky. It was close to town and beaches. - It was in walking distance from the main centre, most of the beds were comfy, the bunks were a bit unstable. It was clean and the shower was great. The air con was on all the time and was loud and I was unable to reset it or turn it off as the remote was not on the wall. There was no dish cloth to wipe down benches and no pegs or washing powder to do any washing. The back lights were flickering and no carport light.
- Cheryl (9/5): Superb -
- Sam (10/5): Casa Husky- Bellissimo! - Great location, a short walk to Huskisson main centre and the beaches. Lovely quiet area. Amazing beds, all very comfortable. James is a great helpful host. Nothing!
- Apoorva (7/5): Good - Was setup as a beach cottage and decor was great. Rooms are cosy and kid's room was setup quite nicely with lots of games and entertainment available. Kitchen had good collection of utensils.
Location was decent, probably a 15mins walk to the beach. We got an email with access code but when we arrived, the code wasn't working. After trying multiple times we called the owner who came fairly quickly (in 15mins) to tell us that the lock was broken by the last occupants and it couldn't be fixed as it was a long weekend.
Through our stay it was a constant struggle to open and close the gate since, no pattern, just brute force to keep trying till it cracks.
Other than that, the outside garden was small and the entry to it was only from the main house out and another patio gate/lock. It should have been mentioned as it didn't appear safe enough to leave a kid there. Would have been good to have an exit from within the house.
There was some water clogging both in kitchen and bathroom sinks, plumbing probably needing some maintenance.
Rooms were cosy, setup was nice but there is only 1 bathroom (and no toilet) which was a bit of a nuisance with 2 families sharing the house.
- Melanie (9/5): Superb - Casa Husky was a lovely stay, the place was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Checking in was seamless and there was no need to contact the host. Can't think of anything we didn't like. Hand towels and face cloths would have been appreciated.
- Dianne (8/5): Great family house with everything you could need - Fabulous stay, great communication, comfortable beds a wonderful house in a lovely location Small inconvenience the PlayStation didn’t work so no dvd’s
- Mark (9/5): Great place close to everything . Would stay here again. - close a proximity to amenities
clean Maybe the floor boards could be repolished
and courtyard is a bit rundowns
- Michelle (9/5): Superb - It was close to shops and beaches. Beds were so comfortable and the shower was very spacious. Only negative, the toaster was faulty and smoke was coming out of it. It also burnt the toast.
- Sergio (10/5): Exceptional - "5/5 Stars! Exceptional Holiday Home!
We spent three incredible days at Casa Hausky with our family, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! This beautiful holiday home is perfectly designed for families and groups.
The property boasts three spacious bathrooms, an impressive master bathroom, and a stunningly cozy living room that's perfect for relaxation and quality time together.
The attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our stay truly special. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived.
We highly recommend Casa Hausky to anyone seeking a comfortable, stylish, and memorable holiday experience. We can't wait to return!
Thank you to the wonderful owners and staff for providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect!"
- Sarah (8/5): Lovely family cottage, close to everything - Lovely cottage located close to the beach and shops in a quiet area of busy Huskisson - really enjoyed walking around in the evenings away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street.
Very clean and comfortable - loved the clothes line for beach towels and easy walk-in access from the carport.
Cute safe and enclosed courtyard which would be great for younger kids. Christmas tree was a sweet touch and felt welcoming. Couple of minor things that when bought to the attention of the host were responded to promptly and appreciated.
- Janika (10/5): Can recommend if looking for a homey feel. - Cozy cottage, fit the description and got what we expected, had everything we needed. Great communication, host even left us beach towels to use. Cute homey christmas decor, and welcome guide even had baking suggestions!
- Jack (10/5): Great place located pretty well. - Great place to stay. The host is an awesome host. N/A
- Sagar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heidi (10/5): We’d love to book again - Perfect location, clean and well appointed. Good sized rooms with comfortable furnishings and great air con.
- Penny (8/5): Cosy and comfortable home, great location close to town centre, would definitely stay again:) - Location, bathroom, accessibility of home, comfortable and cosy :) Ps2 did not work
- Brent (8/5): Nice comfortable place. - Electronic lock system worked brilliantly. Nothing, it was all good.
- Lynn (8/5): A great location for a stay in Huskisson - Communication with the owner was great! Location was awesome. Good size house. House was clean. Some of the dishes and cutlery were dirty. No extra bin bags provided and no coffee.
- Shannon (7/5): Beautiful location - Great location tidy home comfortable bed in main bedroom kitchen is well stocked Shower/ spa bath has no rails or rubber mats B.I.G. drop into shower over spa bath no safety precautions and tv could use updating
- Ashleigh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sam (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (9/5): Superb - Great quiet location, comfy bed. Easy communication with owner.
- Keiran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christine (5/5): The property certainly could benefit from a little extra attention. - It was close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. There was a puddle on the bathroom floor when we arrived.
Bath wasn’t clean enough to have a bath.
Toilet was stained.
One Hand towel in bathroom was old and not sufficient for 4 people.
Under the sink was dirty.
Sheets on bed were old.
- Sharon (10/5): Absolutely lovely and exactly what we needed in our weekend getaway 😁😁 - The property was lovely and quiet and very conveniently located in the heart of Huskisson 😁😁 There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. The description of our accommodation is what we expected on our arrival 😁😁
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Daniela (10/5): Fantastic! - Perfect location and beautiful garden
James was so great answering and helping us as well Nothing
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- Penelope (8/5): Very good - Good location, clean and very comfortable beds and couch.
- I (9/5): A very nice stay - Plenty of room and beds
Kitchen is well-equipped
Good location near Huskissen, less than 10 min drive from Coles/woolsworth
The sofa is comfortable
The room actually looks even better than the photos The passcode at the door is a bit too long
Host may consider using easier passcode e.g. Guest's tel number as the passcode
The room may need some maintenance as we saw some cracks on the kitchen table and some small holes on the floor, but it didn't affect we enjoyed our stay
- Julie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gloria (10/5): Exceptional - EVERYTHING..... the house, the location, the beds the cleanliness, it was EXECEPTIONAL... I can't wait to stay AGAIN, and AGAIN...
- Charles (9/5): Superb -
- Vicki (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Kieran (7/5): Good - Most things Bunks instead of single beds
- Anonymous (5/5): Lovely location to stay with a family, however really needs a thorough clean. - Great location with an 8 minute walk to child friendly Moona Moona creek. Nice touch to have provided toilet paper, liquid hand soap, liquid bath soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing rags and pest control spray. Also lovely that there were condiments such as sauce, salt and tea but we didn’t use any of those. Kids absolutely loved the cubby house in the fenced off secure outdoor patio, which also had a very nice outdoor setting to sit in for the adults. The patio also had a BBQ but we didn’t use it. Wonderfully clean and adequate linen, towels and beach towels which was so lovely! The couch inside the house was very comfortable! House was extremely dusty and suggest it could use a very thorough clean. Unfortunately the dust really irritated allergies. Extremely musty smell when we first entered but we were able to air it thoroughly by opening the windows. Mattresses in the main two rooms are very soft with very firm pillows so unfortunately there were some sore necks.
- Natasha (2/5): disappointed - location was good it was not clean not modern did not have floor rugs. beds stripped back. watered down body wash, no shampoo no conditioner absolute basics in terms of towels and linens. better booking the caravan park
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Tashi (9/5): It’s perfect place for family getaway..I would recommend others who wish to stay in casa husky.. - Location, property and comfortable beds … NA
- Monique (9/5): Superb - The house was great, well equipped and close to town and the beach. Nothing
- Deborah (6/5): Nice area - Great area, nice front garden & parking space. Free wifi & laundry. Comfortable beds and hot shower. BBQ area. House smells damp, shower sealant round spa bath black mould and shower door at hinge dirty. Mould on front bedroom ceiling and bathroom. Lots of dust behind furniture and frypan needs replacing.
On description did say hot tub and spa bath but hot tub not for guest use i was told.
- Patricia (7/5): we love this part of Shoalhaven and always stay either in Vincentia, Huskinson or St.George’s basin. - location, just a 10 min stroll to a wonderful beach front and not far from Huskinson town centre with good places to eat and drink. love the shops, with some unusual things from clothing to housewares. house is in a good neighbourhood. we only used it as a base to sleep as we spent time with friends from the area.
- Suzanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Geoffrey (9/5): Superb -
- Darren (10/5): Exceptional - The place was neat, tidy and clean. It had everything we needed and made a good place for us to stay and experience Huskisson. There was a bit of wear and tear here and there, none of it bothersome, just bits and pieces we noticed like a sticky shower door and some dampness and moisture present when we arrived. We had people next door so there was a bit of noise present too.
- Sajag (8/5): It was fun, all the attractions were nearby and we enjoyed our stay. - House was clean, tidy and cosy. A smart TV would have been better for some karaoke fun and movie, the door lock code was pretty sensitive had to try atleast couple of time before unlocking it.
- Nicole (4/5): the code on the front door was hard to use and figure out. Only 1 bathroom when was advertised for 2 - spacious loungeroom. the code on the front door was hard to use and figure out. Only 1 bathroom when was advertised for 2, that is the only reason we booked there as we needed 2 bathrooms. House was very cold.
