• Neal (9/5): - A quiet and picturesque part of town within walking distance to everything you need. House was stylish and very comfortable. The ‘borrowed’ landscape is beautiful. Lucinda is a great host. Should have stayed longer!
• Jenkins (10/5): Warm, welcoming, and perfect for a family stay — we were very comfortable with a family of five. - Beautiful property in a fantastic Yarra Valley location. The cottage was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. Easy check-in, great communication, and close to wineries, restaurants, and Healesville. Would happily stay again and highly recommend.

Good selection of board games, tv with decent viewing options, bbq, a great rain head shower and the place was immaculatley clean. The complementary necessities were a nice touch and the host was thoughtful and communicated well. It was a hot day so they made sure the cooling was on ahead of our arrival to. Location wise its a 15 min walk from town or 5 min drive so extremely handy. But it felt lovely and secluded at the same time. Nothing. The place and stay was great!

• Mandy (10/5): Fabulous - perfect for a girls weekend at the Yarra Valley - Fabulous accommodation - very clean and felt like home. Comfortable beds and pillows, lovely lounge area inside and the outside veranda was well set up to enjoy the serenity. Bathroom had lovely toiletries and the hair straightener was a bonus - didn't need to bring a thing. Close to Healesville and a perfect location for a trip to the Yarra Valley. Highly recommended and the welcome bubbles and breakfast items were appreciated. Honestly - nothing.

• Betty (10/5): Excellent. - The house is beautifully presented and Lucinda was attentive to all our needs - she had organised age appropriate toys for our one year old granddaughter and left a lovely welcome food package for us. She also made sure that the place was warm when we arrived and organised early check-in for us. We had some issues with a cancelled credit card and both Lucinda and her husband Simon are still helping us resolve it with bookings.com. We will definitely book again. Nothing

• Annabel (9/5): Charming Healesville cottage - The outdoor spaces are wonderful - fully fenced garden at the front with a cubby for the kids,big deck out the back for watching the sunset,and a large fenced grass backyard for ball sports. The house is clean,warm on cool nights and well equipped for young family stays. Lucinda was a great host. The size and layout of the house means there’s little soundproofing in the bedrooms - fine if travelling as a family but something to be mindful of if staying as a group.

The house was well furnished, comfortable and well equipped, including breakfast essentials like bread eggs tomatoes jams milk juice and Yarra bubbly. Lucinda was a fantastic host as usual. Nothing. • Jo (10/5): Best stay of our entire trip in Melbourne - It was one of the most beautiful and homely accommodations that I have stayed in. The place is also very clean and well equipped. One of the rare places that provided even butter, pepper and salt and even baking paper and kitchen towel. It even has toys for my grandson. My family enjoyed staying there very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the toys provided and the cubby. The house has a nice garden where various birds visit and lovely flowers grow. The location is fantastic and a short drive to the supermarket. Lucinda was a warm and welcoming host and was prompt in responding to our queries. Nothing!

Definitely recommended. - Lucinda was a wonderful host, doing her best to accommodate our early arrival/late checkout and guided us around the property. She also went out of her way to provide us with eggs, tomatoes, bread, fruit, milk, spreads, and even a bottle of bubbly. Location was extremely convenient, with shops and eateries just a short 5 minute drive away, The property was very clean and well-kept, with all the facilities you would need. Bedrooms and bathroom were clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Laundry was a breeze to do as well. The property also had a sizeable area to park your vehicle, along with a beautiful outdoor deck and spacious field to relax in. Kids also had age-appropriate toys prepared for them and a little clubhouse of their own to play in. Couldn't have asked for anything more, we're already missing the place. Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect. We only regretted not staying longer!

• Kevin (10/5): A Magnificent Stay - A beautifully appointed property with a gorgeous view and wonderful host. The rooms were very comfortable, the kitchen outstanding and the family spent wonderful evenings in the cosy living room with Cluedo, Scrabble and many other boardgames available on the premises. Lucinda the host was amazing, making sure all our dietary restrictions were looked after. She provided a huge range of provisions like eggs, tomatoes, bread, fruit, milk spreads, and even a bottle of bubbles. The property had really good cooling and heating, and the bathroom had nice big tub with fantastic toiletries provided. We made full use of the barbecue and outdoor dining area. Absolutely nothing.

The house had been very recently cleaned and was in pristine condition on arrival. Very comfortable and plenty of room for five or six adults.

The lovely owner met my disabled daughter and her carers at the house to show them around. She did a beautiful gesture by giving my disabled daughter a gift of chocolates. The lovely fresh items left for breakfast was really appreciated. Such a pleasure to find such a clean and comfortable house that suits a person with special needs. All together a fantastic place, lovely caring owner and a beautiful setting to spend a few days. Would recommend Gracemont to anyone and will certainly be booking again. Nothing.

Lucinda was so accommodating allowing us flexibility with checkin and checkout times. when we travel with young kids, we always have to setup a portacot on arrival. the cot was all setup and ready with lovely fresh linen. I usually prefer staying walking distance to the main drag but Its such a quick drive and it’s so lovely and secluded with a big garden and deck. will definitely be back there again!!

The host, Lucinda went above and beyond to cater to our accommodation needs and made our stay unforgettable. The surprise welcome treats she provided were a delightful touch. Communication with Lucinda was excellent, and the place was incredibly clean and spacious. The amenities were great too! We had accidentally left some items behind, but Lucinda was fantastic in organising their return. 11/10 - Highly recommended! Thanks, Lucinda, for an incredible experience. Nothing!

It was a beautiful home away from home and was great for our girls weekend away :-) Nothing!.........Being able to use the fireplace would have been the cherry on top, however I 'completely' understand the safety risks associated with patrons not experienced with using an indoor fire. It certainly did not take the shine off our stay at all!!

The owners have gone above and beyond what you would expect to be provided at a house, everything you could possibly need is here, including deodorant in the bathrooms, extra towels, stocked pantry with all the essentials and beautiful bread, avocado and tomatoes for breakfast. The beds were sooo comfortable and the view from the deck was amazing. Wish we had of stayed longer Nothing to not like, just would suggest bringing a towel for yourself if you’re wearing tan or lots of makeup so the white towels don’t get ruined.

The house was stunning and had a lovely country feel to it that felt so relaxing. It was exceptionally clean and spacious and set up with some lovely decor and furniture throughout, which made for some great pre-wedding pics! Overall, it was the perfect place to stay the night before my wedding and helped create wonderful memories with me and my bridesmaids. The only thing I can say is that the key lock box didn't work for us on the day we left, so we felt like we had to stay around for a while before we could drop off the key to the cleaner. I didn't feel comfortable leaving the key in the letterbox. Nothing anyone could have really done to fix that though!

The little bread, Jams, champagne and other breakfast items that were there for us on arrival was such a nice touch. we all thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will absolutely recommend this Airbnb to everyone! • Albert (10/5): perfect accommodation for my family stay, and one of the best stay throughout my trip. - nicely designed, well equipped and kids friendly. exceptionally cosy living hall, huge kitchen, beautiful bathroom and comfortable beds. host was super helpful, responsive and accommodating. slightly inconvenient if it rains, as there isn’t any shelter from the covered carpark to the house.
