Cleaning and Damages:
Additional charges may be incurred should a property be damaged or left in an unacceptable state. Cleaners charge extra fees for the following - excessive cleaning, rubbish removal, cleaning dishes, running/unpacking dishwasher, cleaning BBQ, moving furniture. These additional charges may be deducted from your bond/security deposit.
No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Failure to comply will result in additional fees.
No Parties or Events:
Parties and events are not permitted at this property. Failure to comply will result in your booking being canceled without refund. As such you will be required to leave the property, regardless of time of day/night.
Quiet Time:
Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors when using outdoor entertaining areas and pools. No amplified noise allowed at any time.
Maximum Number of Guests:
No more than the number of guests you have booked for may be at the property at any time.
Parking:
Please only park in designated spots. Please do not block driveways
Security:
Please ensure the property is fully secured when not at the home and upon check out.

Very good for doggies as well as they can scroll around the property. Just be mindful that the driveway is steep (a lot) and it has a hard turn so consider that when organising your trip.

- Robyn (10/5): Very serene & private retreat, perfect for time out if needed, we will be back! - The house had a really lovely, chilled atmosphere, a really lovely space. Beds were very very comfortable. A walk to Lobster beach is will worth it if you can manage the steps! Catching the ferry service to Palm Beach or over to Ettalong Beach is also a very good idea! But staying put, relaxing, reading, enjoying the air flow & bird song is worth the stay! We noted that there was no real direct access to the water and/or any close amenities outside of the Wagstaffe post office. Also note that you need to bring everything in as the closest general store is a drive away.
