• Elizabeth (7/5): - The house has a lovely vibe - although it is dated - it is still very cosy and functional. The fireplace in the lounge room was wonderful. The pictures show a full ocean few from the deck and lounge - however the trees have been left to grow-up and now block out a large part of the view. It is not as per the photos. Please do some tree-trimming so the view is as per the photos.
• Yuen (9/5): Love the beautifully decorated and immaculate property. So cosy too! We could stay longer! - Despite being a bit away from Apollo Bay town centre, it was really nice to be close to nature. Kids could wander off to spot koalas wild. And we get to use the fireplace, so cosy and beautiful place. Not forgetting to mention the view of the sea. Love it! Will come back! Yes and easy and close access to the beach! Beds were comfy, if we can get a Queen or King bed would be better than a double.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Excellent facilities, loved the info provided once i got there not so much the info before hand. - The communications was good almost too much but i was told that the keys had to be picked up from one of 3 estate agents and that notification would come. When nothing arrived i sent a message only to be told that wasn't the case it was a key lock on the front door, not sure why there was conflicting messages. When we booked it said linen included etc. Day before we're due to go we get an email/txt in capitals NO LINEN , bring your own etc. Loaded the car up with everything , slightly annoyed that this was the case only to get there and find that everything was provided and to an excellent standard. Pain in the backside loading the car up with duvets and sheets and towels etc only to get there and find it was already there.
• Neha (10/5): Exceptional - The Property was very well organized exceptionally clean and good amount of facilities. bit of drive to Apollo bay, there could be a board to mark the entrance road to the property.
• Rourke (8/5): Wildlife filled. - Orientation of the house. 2 saucepans had deteriorating surfaces - therefore a health risk. Most importantly however is the lack of an outside tap or shower to wash sandy feet before entering the house. A large omission at a seaside property.

• Naomi (10/5): A lovely property - The property was beautiful and the owners got the fire and firewood ready for us which was a lovely surprise after being told we would need firewood by the managing agents. The kitchen was well stocked and the decor a delight. We were told that bedding and towels would not be provided which was very disappointing for the price of the property. However on our arrival the kids beds were made so I could have bought much less linen had the managing agents known the property. We were also told we had to call into the office to collect the key however just before our arrival we received a message saying the key would be available at the property for us. The managing agents seem to not know the property very well and the online photos should be updated as the Seaview whilst lovely is a lot less visible than what the photos show. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay but could have been even better.

• Keeley (10/5): Exceptional - We liked that we had a great view of the beach. Fireplace was amazing 👏 That there was no access point to beach unless driving, when advertised as beachfront I half thought we could access the beach near by. But aside from that location itself peaceful and scenic surroundings . Also the directions to get to the property is abit confusing as booking.com only gave directions coming from the opposite direction. We were coming from Melbourne but were given directions coming from Apollo bay. But once found property it met our expectations 😀
• Lerma (9/5): We have a had a great stay in the area. Loved The Bennetts Beach House and will definitely be back. - The cottage is beautiful & spotless. Loved the location, gardens and the serenity of the place. Loved sitting at the verandah and listening to the birds. Minor things:- provide ur own linen bush needs to be trimmed just enough to see the whole ocean and not just part of it. (I know the bush is there for wind break)
