• Lynn (10/5): - Lovely house, everything you needed was there. Location was perfect for us. Fish and chip shop 3 houses up. Park 5 minutes walk and beach 5 minutes drive. Our dog loved the big back garden. Would definitely stay again.

• ZIWEI (10/5): It's nice and beautiful accommodation - Beautiful house. Very tidy yard. We accidentally broke one of the bin linnings and there's no extra in the house. It's not a big deal but just made me feel awkward.

Very tidy & clean Waking up Sunday morning to a heap of ants near the coffee maker section & all over the dog food, & (I have a phobia of ants), but found the Mortein and cleaned it all up. Having to pick up someone else’s dog poo as I ensured I cleaned up all of my dog.

• Linda (8/5): - A quiet location and well situated. The house was roomy, clean and well provided for those staying there. Very good value for he size of the accommodation and Mark was an attentive host.
• Aimee (9/5): Would 10/10 stay at SALT 112 again. - We loved having the space for our entire family including the dog to stretch our legs. Our family has a few health related dietary restrictions and we really appreciated the very well appointed kitchen facilities. Having both a washer and dryer made all of the outdoor activities in the Great Southern region much easier because we did t have to pack a huge amount of clothing or take home bags of soggy, dirty clothing. The motion sensor light in the laundry and toilet were fine during the day but at night it was a little jarring.

We’re not fans of the open shower and the water pressure for the shower could’ve been a little higher ?! The cooktop operation is all too new for us and couldn’t get it going … Not much to dislike and Mark & Carolyn are doing a wonderful job with the place !!

• Dawna (8/5): Very good - Very clean. Hosts were very attentive. When the water corporation shut the water off unexpectedly, the hosts were quick to bring over water to tide us over. The bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were modern and well stocked.

• Terry (8/5): A very nice stay for our time in Albany. - Location is good; still need to drive to everything but nothing's far. The house is on a main road so your morning alarm will be road noise. Wasn't a problem; just FYI for those sensitive to noise. During the evening and nighttime hours, it was quiet. Whilst we didn't have a pet, this house is perfect for guests with pets as there's a large enclosed back yard.

• Tracey (10/5): Perfect Albany getaway - This property is perfectly located for an Albany holiday. Fabulous facilities and obviously recently renovated. Comfy beds, and everything we needed. And our dog loved the big back yard.

Walking distance to Middleton Beach-perfect for whale watching

Clearly doing some updates to kitchen and bathroom which looks nice. Cleanliness could be improved a little more. Food smears on doorway (to laundry)paint work and a bit more attention in kitchen, drawers etc.

The many facilities e.g. well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc. Made our stay very comfortable and homely. It's also a plus point to be near "ocean paddock fish and chips";) Nothing! It was a lovely stay.

Very comfortable, had everything you would need and more .Fantastic location .Our furbaby absolutely loved the big secure back garden .Would 100% stay here again . Would recommend anyone wanting great pet friendly accommodation in Albany to stay at Salt 112 . There was nothing we didn't like . Only because we have a cheeky frenchie who kept jumping the 1 metre or so off the back deck .I had to barricade so he couldn't do so . Maybe some sort of wire to stop this happening would be great . Would be a bit concerning if you had daredevil little children too .

• Lisa-maree (9/5): Ideal getaway - The house was clean, had almost everything we needed & the kids loved their room which had a couch & smart TV in it! Had adequate heating & all amenities were updated & easy to use. Will definitely stay here again 😊 The dishwasher was full so we had to empty it before we could use it & there were no tongs to use for cooking, not a huge deal but would definitely come in handy for someone like me who likes to cook.
