Guest Reviews
- Jane (9/5): Superb - Lovely house, beautiful gardens, lovely location Lovely location but value bit far away from everything.
The bedroom light wasn't working, we had to ask for change of towels and bedding after a week as we only had one hand towel and one bath towel each and no spare sheets. After we asked they brought us plenty, ( so not sure if it was an oversight and they had forgot).
We arrived after travelling for 35 hours at 9.30 pm. Desperate for a hot drink. The only thing in the fridge was a bottle of tap water. A small bottle of milk would have been lovely. Luckily we found a garage about 10 min walk away. (We hadn't got a hire car yet).
- Natasha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bianca (8/5): Peaceful getaway - We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, and the location was absolutely perfect. The area was very peaceful, allowing for a relaxing experience. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat."
- Ilie (10/5): Exceptional - The premises were excellent and the owner aproachable and very helpful.
I highly recommend Serenity for leisure or for a working holiday.
If I would be asked to award a star to Serenity, I would award a constelation. The wheather wasn't great, but that didn't interfere with the purpose of our stay.
- Vaiolingi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracey_11 (10/5): Home away from home ! - Location Brilliant - close to main roads and facilities - but also nestled in quiet street . Friendly Owners , home had everything one requires - could move right in, nothing was out of place or not there. 100% perfect venue. shower that allows water back under door - annoying, but honestly not the end of the world, so many other plus items, extra blankets, only wrote this to be constructive .
- Kerri (6/5): With some TLC completed I’d stay again. - Location was great, nice and quiet, friendly owner, great size unit and kitchen, had washing facilities and clothes line.
Nice size bedroom and walk in robe. Uncomfortable bed and pillows.
Needed some TLC for the yard and the unit interior, outside was not usable and the pool not ready for use (although it was hot when we stayed - it was unseasonable for melb)
Still, I was hoping to make use of the BBQ and outdoor setting.
- Daniel (8/5): Enjoyable 2 week vacation - We liked the open plan living area/kitchen as it was easy to host family when they came over. Also liked the dual sink for getting ready. Staff were very accommodating for us arriving early and left us to it but were also easy to ask for things like extra towels Keeping the apartment warm in the winter was a bit difficult as well as drying clothes but in summer this wouldn't be a problem. Shower would leak through the grouting on the floor tiles so the rest of the floor would also get wet but this was fairly easy to clean up. Kitchen knives were dull making cutting difficult
- Joy (10/5): Quiet and comfy - Location was central to everything we needed St John of god hospital
- Robin (8/5): The stay was fine and met our expectations -
- David (8/5): Very good - The bedroom needs an airconditioner. It has a ceiling fan but on a 37 degree day it was still sweltering in the room and difficult to sleep.
- Larry (10/5): A great accommodation that would meet any family's needs. - It was a complete home and felt like it. Nothing
- Mrugesh (9/5): Superb -
- Robin (9/5): A great place. We had 4 nights so we got used to the shower/water - Spacious, comfortable. We would stay here again. Very quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The electric blanket on the bed was wonderful. The shower let’s a lot of water out onto the tiles when you get out. The hosts did supply a sqwegee for this.
- Diane (7/5): Good - No stairs, quiet, clean The mattress, inability to use the bar stools, tight parking for an average sized car no information for use of remote for television and having to ask for the WiFi access, told to wait 30 minutes, but took more than 2 hours for host to provide
- Dianne (8/5): Lovely hosts - Not applicable The wifi was not working.
