• Cassandra (8/5): We enjoyed being in the lake Hume area and we enjoyed the stay. - Location, pool, putt putt, large rooms, kitchen. No laundry…. No tea towel…. Rubbish from previous people in bedroom draws (chewing gum, wrappers, clothes)

• Diane (10/5): Exceptional - It was great as we have been before, my only complaint is bookings showed one price on bookings.com So this is what I expected to pay. However they charged me over $200 more, and when I told them they needed information, which I gave straight away, im still waiting for my money back

• Kirsty (7/5): place was nice but person managing the property was rude and made the stay uncomfortable after sending me messages - the property was nice but the person managing the property was very rude it says it’s a dog friendly park and i received a message saying no pets allowed and that they wanted to charge me extra i said there was nothing on the booking saying no pets aloud
• Vera (9/5): Superb - The cottage was quite roomy. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. Couch a good size. Nice pool only a short walk Only 1 towel per person for 5 days. No soap in shower. Very little dish washing liquid provided. All dishes, pot and pans all stuck in 1 corner cupboard yet there is a big commode empty. These are only minor issues as we thought the place was good.
• Meegan (4/5): Disappointing - Proximity to the water It was not specified that the unit would be shared with others. The property was booked on the assumption that it was exclusively ours. It was also very, very old and dated.

• Jo (7/5): A lovely setting for a family wedding weekend. - The location was perfect for a family wedding held at the resort. The advertisement for the property said it had a bbq, and washing machine. After enquiring with the agent, we were told there was no bbq for this unit.

• Chivana (6/5): Pleasant - Great location for wedding access The wedding venue and staff service was amazing The apartment had minimal supplies, when asking for more towels we were told we had what we were given. The group breakfast was not very nice at the restaurant & we got charged $10 over the price for the same item on the standard menu. Very disappointed. They also changed us full price for our grandson who was 2 years old and wouldn't give a child's menu crazy id never stay here & eat in the restaurant again.

• Karron (7/5): lovely but not quite enough value for the money I paid - it is close to the lake and the grounds and pool were clean the batteries in all of the remotes were flat, the bbq had no gas bottle or cooking plate. there were no lights on the tennis court or the put put course.
• Anonymous (8/5): We’d come again - Great location; very comfortable No broom or baking tray which made cooking in oven impossible . Deck needs a sand and oil - very rough with nails exposed and my son got a massive and deep splinter in his foot from tripping on nail and stumbling on timber

• Michelle (10/5): Lovely place to stay for a chill weekend to catch up with friends. Great for the kids with lots of room. - Such a great cottage, perfect lay out. Close to the pool, great outdoor decking and big grassy area where the kids could play. One of the bedrooms had no fan and it got quite warm In there over night.

• Melissa (8/5): Gorgeous location, roomy accommodation, close to resort facilities - The location was gorgeous, the place large and the area beautiful. Very hard t locate the cottage and get the keys , unnecessarily complicated for the person staying

• Shasta-rose (4/5): Not a great start - The cabin was spacious and there was storage as well as a large tv and full size fridge. The property manager was pleasant to deal with under tricky conditions. We arrive and the cabin had not been cleaned, after getting onto the person in charge (who was lovely) cleaners finally arrived over an hour later. They did their best however it was late and my children just needed to eat and go to bed. The cottage itself has almost zero internet coverage, 3G if you lucky, so if that’s a big deal for then skip it, it’s also far from anything and nothing for kids to do rally especially in winter.

• Bryan (6/5): really nice spot but would not rent this cottage again - location was great No laundry available but advertised as available- beds were in poor condition and noisy - lounge was stained and needs cleaning - broom mop and vacuum cleaner all in poor condition
• Ava (3/5): 1 out of 10 - This was the second time staying here, there is no reception and no internet. The cottage is owned by a person and is not owned by the resort. It was quiet. The beds were atrocious, so lumpy and uncomfortable, the couch has so many stains on it, there was rubbish on the coffee table when I arrived and grease on the stove top as if it hadn't been cleaned. We had to cut our stay short by 3 nights as I couldn't stand to sleep there another night. I requested a refund for the remainding nights which was granted. Unfortunately I won't be staying again.

• Chris (4/5): Loved the location but was expecting a little better considering the price. - Great location on the on lake Hume. Rooms were nice. Perfect lawns better than walking on carpet. A cockroach was found inside the property. The main couches in the lounge was stained. the king size bed was uncomfortable and hard. Did not have full access to the cottage but what was in the pictures were available. The TV did not have HD channels or a smart option. Poor Wi-Fi. The tennis courts were not maintained had weeds growing on surface. Needs a bit of attention and spruce up.

• Ava.k (10/5): 10/10 best cottage/resort - It was absolutely amazing! Very very quiet which I was very pleased about, very spacious felt like it was my very own home. I liked the idea of having refills of towels, sheets, toilet paper, blankets etc instead of room service. Beds were comfortable, nice pressure in the shower. The only thing I didn't like was we had no reception up there, they do have wifi but it's not stable so it Dips in and out every couple of minutes, which I think it's important to have good internet if there's no reception for searching on Google for food, acftivies shops etc. Other than that it was perfect!

• Michelle (7/5): Spacious cottage - Plenty of space in cabin. Kitchen had what we needed. Appreciated having a bin in the kitchen, bathroom & toilet. Good location if you love dams. It was good being left to our own devices rather than having boom gates like a caravan park

• Wendy (4/5): Disappointing - Due to rude staffed at estate agent was very rude. Cleaners were exceptional(Emma). As they came out on their time and cleaned due to nt being cleaned when we arrived. The heater was very noisy and needs to be fixed. A fan needs to go into the bathroom.
• Hayley (4/5): Worth the money if you don't drink tea/coffee and love a hard as rock bed! - Plenty of room. Had lights and heater left on for us on arrival. No tea or coffee or milk. Main bed was hard as a rock.
