- Judy (9/5): Good value for money, comfortable and loved the log fire! - Spacious lounge with log fire was lovely on the cold evenings. Good size bedrooms, comfy beds and good kitchen facilities for self catering.
- Jenny (8/5): Great house in bushland a short walk from Halls Gap -
- Edith (9/5): Superb -
- Rebecca (10/5): Very Good - Great location! House was extremely comfortable, very clean, everything provided for. It was home away from home
- Glenda (9/5): Superb -
- Lorraine (10/5): If you enjoy nature this a great place to reset & destress. - We loved or stay in this clean, charming & roomy home amongst the gum trees. With a verandah to watch the little Blue Wrens hopping over the lawn in the mornings, emus strolling by & Red Rosellas, Kookaburras & Cockatoos coming to visit. The very comfortable Mid Century fixtures & furniture were a delight. We'll definitely will be back. That we couldn't stay longer.
- Marion (10/5): Quintessential aussie holiday home - Vibe and location
- Peter (8/5): Great bush retreat on the edge of town - Wonderful retreat right on the edge of town, where it starts to get real bushy. Cozy beds, nice wee fireplace, great deck with dozens of native birds visiting - cockatoos, rosellas, and more. Kangaroos hopping around for most of the day. A nice 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. More kindling and dry firewood would have been really useful - the kindling in particular ran out after the 2nd day, and for a wet 3-day stay in July there was no chance of getting more dry kindling from the yard. The house was generally a bit cold too, even with the fire going.
- Aleah (10/5): Highly recommended. - Amazing location, very peaceful. Lovely clear communication with the property owners. Nothing, it was fabulous.

- Geoffrey (10/5): I will certainly return to Halls Gap and would definitely book this house if available. - House was extremely comfortable, very clean, everything provided for. Absolutely nothing
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Cindy (8/5): Cosy family-friendly cottage - We were greeted by cockatoos on the verandah and the sound of birds every morning. Our girls were excited to see kangaroos roaming freely nearby. The house was very cosy with amazing bush views, and it had everything we needed for meal preparation and lazing around. Limited kitchen bench space.
- Margot (9/5): Cockatoos were abundant and easy to feed, a highlight -
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- John (8/5): Very relaxing. - Great bush location, friendly cockatoos and of course many kangaroos wandering past.
- Monirulkhan (8/5): Great holiday home at a great location - Beautiful location, close to the nature Bad wifi
- Susan (5/5): We enjoyed our stay in Halls Gap but we would not recommend this property. - The property had a good view from the verandah Good location near the village. Excellent bathroom. Heating worked well in the loungeroom. Leaking tap in laundry - water was dripping on to the washing machine control panel which we thought was a dangerous hazard. The flourescent lights in the kitchen and laundry were on the blink which was quite annoying. The driveway was steep and the gravel surfacing made access a slippery proposition. There were level changes between some rooms which created trip hazards especially at night. The main sliding door was difficult to open and shut. The clothes line was antiquated and not up to standard. The path around the back of the property to the clothesline was covered in small branches and sticks. An overhanging branch from a tree was scraping on the roof making a noise when the wind was up and making it difficult to sleep at night. The path and steps to the firepit area were not up to proper accesible standards.
- Don (9/5): Superb -
- Mikel (8/5): Very good -
- Rob (6/5): Pleasant -
- Christina (10/5): Family friendly serene setting with sunlit rooms overlooking nature. - Exceptionally friendly owners with excellent communication skills. Serene setting in easy walking distance to the local shops of Halls Gap. Nice and neat presentation, sun lit rooms with undisturbed views onto flora and fauna, with lots of rosellas and kangaroos visiting during breakfast on the verandah. A cosy fireplace at night added to the overall welcoming atmosphere.
- Deanne (9/5): Ideal family holiday location. Will stay again. - Situated in a peaceful location. Beautiful tress and wildlife. A short walk into town. Beds could have been a little softer, but was still able to sleep.
- Amandeep (7/5): Good -
- Kym (8/5): Totally enjoyed the stay at the Ledge really completed the entire trip - The location was perfect isolated and immersed in nature Beds were a little firm
- Greg (7/5): Good -

- Bill (10/5): just fabulous - good no complains
- Alyce (10/5): Just the best! thank you so much! - The location was absolutely amazing! i could have stayed here forever! ❤️ house felt like a home away from home and the wildlife was beautiful! Would recommend this place to anyone! I loved everything!
- Peter (9/5): Superb - The Ledge is a clean, simple home in a great location among the gum trees. ..Sulphur crested cockatoos.. kookaburras and parrots are happy to sit on the balcony for a treat... native birdseed is provided. Close to Halls Gap. Everything you need for day to day life as in utensils, pots and pans, crockery etc...used the barbeque with no issues.... good water pressure and heat in shower. Air conditioner in main living area very effective.. .Very happy with our stay... Only thing I had an issue with is a few of the flyscreens had rips and I am paranoid about bugs and spiders so couldn't open those windows... so on a hot day a little difficult to cool our bedroom... my parents are aged and a few tripping hazards as in small difference between back of the house and main living area ...
- Greg (8/5): Very good -
- Christine (10/5): Exceptional - We found it was very clean, set out lovely great position and great views close to everything would recommend to everyone 😀 There was nothing that we didn't like loved it.
Well looked after.
Everything you needed and more.
Bedding spotless
Plenty of dishes.
- Jakobi (9/5): Superb -
- J (7/5): Good stay - basic house, well kept and very clean. View out from the Balcony a highlight - Location is excellent The bed in the main bedroom could have been more comfortable - we found it too hard.
- Karen (8/5): Very good - Comfortable, airy, spacious in glorious surroundings The kitchen utensils could do with a restock - bread knife etc. The wood heater was difficult to work with no instructions - and we use a wood heater at home so we are not ignorant. Also not having a dining table was a shame - we like to gather together over a meal and play games. We ended up bringing in the outside table but there wasn't any tablecloth.
- Greg (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dino (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location lovely accommodation with everything and more supplied Absolutely nothing
