• Lincoln (7/5): Comfortable and convenient - Has a carport, plenty of space, dishwasher, good bathrooms, comfortable bed, really close to beach and shops, quiet. I think not providing a teatowel, some TP, and things like that is a bit stingy! A doormat would be a great idea since it is a beach property and it's nice to be able to wipe the sand off your feet before coming inside. Some small maintenance issues: dishwasher is not attached to the cabinet so it tips forward which is a bit hairy, the front doors could have some Inox or similar sprayed in the mechanisms since they are a bit jammed (the perils of being near the ocean!!). Supply a few more bin liners would be good. Fridge doesn't shut easily because the bottom door shelf is damaged. Need a little cheat-sheet guide to driving the Foxtel gear. I think you should probably advertise as aircon in bedrooms only. Wasn't a deal breaker for us but in hotter weather it could be. But otherwise, a pleasant place to stay and I'd stay again.

• Casey (8/5): Very good - it was a beautiful stop walking distance to everything. the house had everything we needed. loved that it had a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. I didn't like that it didn't have aircon or a fan down stairs.

• Linda (10/5): Perfect - Loved the layout of the house and that it is located right in the heart of Rainbow Beach, walk to patrolled beaches, surf club, grocery store and shops, 15 minute drive to the lagoon. Very clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very welcoming and lovely. Nothing, we would definitely stay here again and we have recommend this to our friends for their next stay.
• Meg (8/5): Very good - Air-conditioned bedrooms were a plus as well as the modern bathrooms and bedrooms. The location was central and within walking distance to parks and shops. No air-conditioning downstairs
• Anita (7/5): Rainbow Beach Connection - Location. Space. Cleanliness. All good except basic creature comforts mentioned below need fixing and/or installing. We would return if these amenities were seen too. A few amenities need fixing. Reattache towel hook and toilette roll holder in ensuite. They are in the cupboard! Fix broken sensor light at front door. Make front wire door lockable. Install ceiling fans in bedrooms. Mount fan on wall beside downstairs toilet door. Much better in hot weather than using a/c constantly. DVD player does not connect to TV. (Not hdml) TV difficult to watch...no wifi or internet connection?
• Rebecca (7/5): Close to the beach and Main St. - So close to the beach. Plenty of space for the family. No WiFi! The reception at the house is terrible so wifi to be able to work would have been nice. No ceiling fan downstairs with no aircon. Charged for putting away a clean dishwasher!
