Guest Reviews
- Ashlee (7/5): Great location, needs a bit of a facelift - Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, lots of beds and sleeping choices. So hard to get cars in to the extremely tight garage and street parking was almost impossible until around 8pm at night.
Bathroom door would not shut properly kept clicking open whilst in the bath
- Todd (7/5): Dated property however very clean and in a great location. -
- Carmel (7/5): Good -
- Virginia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michelle (5/5): Adequate for our basic needs, but too many rules made it quite a stressful and uncomfortable stay. - The price was low. There were three toilets which was very handy for a large family. There were too many rules. We were unable to use the air-con when we arrived due to strata-rules, so the upstairs bedrooms were hot and humid. We were told to limit noise or we would be CANCELLED, but having a small, crying child with us made us feel stressed that there would be complaints made and we might be asked to leave. There was no off-street parking, so it was hard carrying a small child down a steep driveway in the dark.
- Sandra (5/5): Overall a reasonably comfortable stay. - Location was nice and host was nice. I felt the kitchen wasn't equipped for a family that wanted to cook at home.
- Natalija (8/5): My stay was comfortable and clean, great location. Walking distance to restaurants and to beach - It was in a great location, close to everything.
It was spacious and all amenities were provided
- Fg (8/5): Very good -
- Tai (9/5): Superb -
- Hernandez (8/5): Very good - Location, house was big and confortable for a family The garden was not very clean, needs more maintenance
- Vanessa (4/5): Disappointing - The house is really run down - in need of a repaint everywhere - there’s dirty marks and stains all over. Cracked sink in the downstairs cloakroom. The upstairs bathrooms are shabby- they’ve painted over existing tiles and now all the paint is chipping off it looks awful. We almost didn’t want to use it.
The windows had a film of dirt on the inside I don’t think they’ve been cleaned in a very long time . The garden out back needs a good tidy up and get rid of the trash and garden waste.
Overall it felt grubby
It feels more like a student house with very basic and old furniture and furnishings .
We were bombarded by so many rules and regulations before our arrival we thought it must be luxurious. It was totally overpriced and very disappointing. Half of what they charge would be a fair price given the state of the place.
- Darren (5/5): Definitely just a one time stay for me unfortunately - Only booked this place because it was close to the beach but i think spending the extra $50 a night somewhere else wouldve been better. Bathroom doesnt lock and opens on its own.
Fan in bedroom 1 broken and noisey
Garage small and awkward. Not suitable for low cars.
Very steep driveway
Street parking full and a 200m walk
Tap in bathroom downstairs doesnt work
I dont mind a little old and run down but please spend some money to fix this place up.
- Tayla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Phill (5/5): Passable -
- Smith (5/5): it was convenient to our family reunion - insufficient hot water in both bathrooms as we were a group of 5 attending a family reunion.
beds were comfy in main bedrooms, single beds were totally inadequate to sleep on. no clean cloths in kitchen to wipe benches and tables. with a few minor repairs and better accessories it would have been lovely. back courtyard was not clean.
- Jennifer (7/5): Good - Vost was lovely and accommodating.
- Melissa (5/5): Passable - Quite but easy to get to everything Well l was very upset with the mould all through bathroom and cupboads dead cichroches also 12months out of date food open sitting in cupboard s
- Kathryn (5/5): Great for groups plenty of beds - Location and yes it was quiet clean and comfortable Garage was too tight to get into unless you had a motorbike. Bathrooms tiny and aged. No teatowel washing up detergent when you are expected to clean up after ! No milk or tea bags.
- Taya (8/5): Very good -
- Mandy (9/5): Great place for a short stay. - Great place for a short break in the Gong. The white paint on the tiles in the bathrooms didn’t hide the fact that it’s an 80’s or 90’s property ready for a renovation.
- Nicola (7/5): Good -
- Jason (7/5): Pleasant - Proximity to all venues Nothing
- Roger (7/5): Good -
- Sharon (5/5): Average but ok for short stay - Quiet area and close to shops, beach and restaurants. Kids said beds were comfy. Van sent all information beforehand and no communication was needed during our stay. Difficult to find parking on the streets. Lock box was open when we arrived. We only needed a place to sleep the night so we only used the bedrooms and bathrooms. Bathrooms were not as clean and needs renovating, the space is very tight. Shower pressure was very weak and it took a long time for the hot water to run.
- Daragh (10/5): Exceptional - Location and comfortably sleeping out group Nothing
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Kellie (5/5): Passable - The neighbours are extremely rude

- Paul (8/5): Good value and a great location. Will use again! - Great location that was easy access to the CBD and University. Bathrooms could use a refirb but thats a small thing, they were clean adn tidy.
- Sarah (5/5): Passable -
- Van (7/5): Perfect for family wedding accomodation. - Price, comfortable beds, creature comforts, wonderful service from property manager. Parking in garage and rear courtyard was lacklustre even though we didn’t use it.

- Paul (10/5): Good value and would use again! Thanks - Good location and rooms that met our needs. The bathroom could use an update but was still clean and functional
- Karran (10/5): Great location, clean, comfortable, great price. - Enough room for every , comfortable at a great location and price Parking space was very small and not much on street parking available
- Epifanino (9/5): Superb -
- Kristy (8/5): Great value for money for larger group sizes that wants to stay together. Not suitable for those with mobility issues du - Good value for money. Nice and close to WIN. sleeps 6 comfortably. Host was pleasant. The parking and steep driveway. I am pregnant and wasn’t aware of this. My car wouldn’t fit in the garage and I could only just get out of the car when parked in guest parking as all very tight spaces. My friends car fit in garage, but she had to climb over passenger seat to get out 🤣
As soon as we got down the driveway to try and find the place and figure out how to park, a neighbour came out to tell us to move. literally within 15secs of arriving.
No hand towels or dish clothes left in kitchen or bathrooms.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Morgan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fiona (7/5): Good -
- David (6/5): Pleasant - Handy location, walking distance to beach, pubs, restaurants.
Parking options were very limited.
Abit dated and old school for the price.
We needed somewhere close to the CBD though so it was satisfactory
- Steph (8/5): Very good -
- Shania (5/5): Good overall ,needs improvements but nice townhouse with good space - The place had a good amount of space for 5 plus guests and was good overall, close to beach and shops etc communication with Van was great for check in and very clear The townhouse parking was terrible, the owner provides one small car parking space in the garage which was extremely hard to get into and I ended up scraping all of the bottom of my car and damaging it ( hyundai hatchback) as the leveling is terrible. The only other available parking was on the street which was full of other cars which meant having to park streets away , which was not possible for me as I had 2 small children a baby and toddler with me and do not consider it safe to be walking alone with them at night. I proceeded to park where the only other option was which was infront of the house regardless of the rules. The neighbours are extremely rude to you and do not seem happy about this townhouse being used as an Airbnb , are extremely unwelcoming from the second you arrive. The house had apparently been cleaned however when we arrived there was dirty wet towels hanging behind the door in the master bedroom, a dead cockroach , a few things that could’ve been cleaned better. A huge huntsman was also was in the master bedroom. Other then these things the stay would’ve been excellent .
- June (8/5): Very good -
- Boughton-worth (5/5): Passable - The facilities are very outdated. The bedroom floor slopes. It is difficult using the ensuite sink because of the placement of the toilet and the outside area could do with pest control and a clean up. We had a tarantula climb out of our car mirror parked in the garage on departure!
- Rebecca (5/5): We were there for my husband’s graduation ceremony at the uni so the location was great. - Location was great. The property needs a lot of maintenance. The stairs are uneven and have strips on the two levels that are trip hazards.
The floors are uneven in the upstairs bedrooms, the tiles in the bathroom have been painted over (looks tacky) and the courtyard is very overgrown and untidy.
There is mould between the folds of the lounge in the lounge room also.
- Fiona (1/5): not what was advertised and could not access accomodation due to not having a car space for our vehicle and this was not - there was nothing to like about the property from the minute we arrived nowhere was it mentioned that is was a two storey unit or that the car park/garage was only for a small car at no time were we told a Ute would not fit
when informed of the fact we had a second car they said we could use a guest car space but when we went to use it that night there was none
I had to force a code for the keys from the owner as all the communication I was sending I was being told wasn’t being received
she was rude and abrupt when I brought the car space up to her and tried to tell me she knew nothing about tit but yet I have an email from her stating to use the guest car park instead she said to park it in the street whoever we could find a car park to which we tried for over blocks in every direction but none available
we didn’t even end up staying the night because we had no where to park our Ute and had to source alternate late last minute accomodation elsewhere
I will never recommmend this place to anyone and would like a refund due to the inability of being able to access accomodation I had paid for in good faith by myself
- Valaire (8/5): Very quick stay but suited our needs - Mainly the location to where we had to go It was cold
- Mukwindidza (7/5): a cute, clean place in a nice location. - The wooden floors, nice lighting the bathrooms were clean but paint coming off,
the garage a little small
need more sheets on bedding
