- c7302b15151171ce9aa90164b7dd56e4 (6/5): Great location, but no air con as advertised - Amazing location, kitchen was very well equipped Property was advertised as having air conditioning but does not actuallyhave air on but ceiling fans instead (one of the main reasons for booking as it was a last minute booking and was a very hot week ) Upstairs bathroom has no shower and very small bath so it ment tracking downstairs through another bedroom or going via outside to access shower.
- Keith (7/5): Needs lots of maintenance!!! - Good location on the inlet so water views. Pelicans and other bird life around. Enough room for eight. Full kitchen with stove, large fridge and all cooking utensils. Screen doors jam and have holes in them. Downstairs BBQ not safe. Insecure as locks on some doors don’t work. Some windows unable to stay open. Broken shower screens. Cramped upstairs ensuite.

- Hale (7/5): A great spot for a family holiday, the location was superb. - The location was brilliant, the beds were comfortable. The linen was good quality and the pantry well stocked with essentials. All facilities were in good working order. A lack of air conditioning and adequate fly screens made it fairly uncomfortable as the weather was hot. The downstairs sleeping area became very hot and difficult for the kids to sleep. Fans would have definitely helped.
- Mandy (9/5): Excellent location! - The location is fantastic Locks on the screen sliding doors would be great to allow for a breeze to come through in the night without needing to close main doors. Fans would also be good in the large downstairs bedroom to circulate air.

- Jen (7/5): Nice view clean house - Clean, waterfront, king beds extremely comfortable Older property smelt mouldy downstairs. Screen doors were old and damaged didn’t work properly upstairs windows were held up by a piece of wood to keep them open. no air conditioning. Lacking kitchen utensils.

- Siobhan (10/5): Comfortable in a beautiful spot - Beautiful location and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Large and spacious. Kitchen needs a few more utensils and pantry could do with oil, tomato sauce etc

Also loved the cards with suggestions of places to go and sight to see, also liked the instruction booklet. Great location, house was clean, loved the free wifi, the t.v worked selection of channels including Netflix. Shower recess was small and water pressure not the best.
