Knights (8/5): Great property, disappointing property manager. We have stayed three times before, however this time there were less ame - It is a beautifully designed house with a luxurious pool area. Upon booking a security deposit is taken and still to receive a refund of this deposit 17 days after our checkout, despite the property having been cleared by the cleaners.
