- Johann (10/5): Künstlerstadtgenuss mit kuscheligem Quartier - Die Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes bot alles um unseren kurzen Aufenthal schön zu machen. Das alte Gebäude mit dicken Mauern und Gewöbedecke hat eine Fussbodenheizung und ist damit auch an den noch nicht so warmen Abenden und Morgen angenehm temperiert. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Fotos. Wir fanden es angenehm retro. Das Bett ist von guter Qualität. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die nahe verlaufende Strasse hat überhaupt nicht gestörrt. In die gesamte, ja ohnedies sehr überschaubare, Stadt ist es nur ein kurzer Fussweg. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und völlig unkompliziert. ---

- Zdenka (9/5): Veľmi odporúčam :) - Veľmi príjemný, priestranný, dobre vybavený, útulný a čistý apartmán, výborne situovaný takmer v centre Gmundu. S vyhľadom na hory. Parkovanie pri dome zdarma. Vhodný aj pre rodiny s deťmi. Všetko bolo super :)

- Petr (10/5): Skvělý výchozí bod pro lyžování ve střediscích Goldeck, Katschberg, nebo Speiereck. I samotný Gmünd je krásné historické - Prostorné, dobře vybavené, nic nechybělo. Podlahové vytápění, teplé peřiny a vana ve které si odpočinete po lyžování. Bezproblémový Check-in, klíče v safe boxu. Komunikace s majitelem na jedničku. Chyběl toaletní papír 🙂

- Tibor (7/5): A nice place to stay if you want to explore Carinthia. - Well located, near the historical center and the castle. A few minutes walk away from Porsche museum. The parking is not private, but it is safe and there is well enough space for two cars. In the same house there are two apartments advertised together and its not clear which foto is related to which apartment. While the apartment is comfortable in general, the overall impression of the facility is quite inconsistent.

- Bas (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely and fully equipped apartment/house! - We (family with 2 children of 11 and 14) used the upper floor apartment of the house for 10 days and had a very good time! The house is on a nice location at the edge of the old town of Gmünd. The house is old but well preserved and well renovated and the interior is "gemütlich" with a personal touch. It's very spacious and provided us with just everything we needed on our holiday! The house is next to a road but there is no noise since the road is not very busy and the windows are well-insulated. From the windows you have views to some old Gmünd town buildings and towards mountains. The owner is very friendly and helpful and answers all questions quickly. Since the house is so close to the old centre of Gmünd supermarkets / bakery / restaurants etc are close-by. Also the outdoor swimming-pool is close; just 5 min. walking.

Der "Omacharme" Die laute Bundesstraße, die Fenster waren alle straßenseitig und alte Doppelfenster.
Es könnte sauberer sein. Bad und Küchenzeile waren in Ordnung, aber allein, daß sich an der Nachttischlampe Staubflusen tummelten und auch die Schränke nicht abgestaubt waren, schon ekelig ...Der Garten ist auch eher ungepflegt und der Ausblick auf das Protestplakat vor den Fenstern war auch nicht so toll.

- David (9/5): Would like to come back again. - In the bigger appartment there are 2 toilets. We could park in front of the house. Sheets are there. Fridge is equipped with a small freezer.
The owner reacts promptly, an example how the communication with an owner should look like. Missing peeler for potatoes:)
- Martin (10/5): Lovely house in great location - Great location, lovely vintage look of the property, comfy bed and sleeping sofa which is also comfy for sleeping, quiet environment. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The communication with the hosts was very easy, as well as getting the key and checking out. Some doorways were unusually low (about 175cm) and just painted white without any protective markings, so it was hard to see. After I smashed my head there about 3 times, I put there a temporary sign. I also mentioned this problem to the hosts, who were very understanding and reassuring they will fix this in the future, which left a positive impression in me.

- Fdingli (10/5): A comfortable accommodation and lots of beautiful surroundings. A super family holiday indeed! - The house was super easy to find. Everything met our expectations and was spot clean! The rooms are all very spacious and enjoy nice views and a lot of light. Our kids had plenty of room where to play inside, especially in the living room. The TV was also equipped with Netflix which was super convenient for spending the evenings. There is also good Wi-Fi connection, and the kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities for cooking and dining. The terrace is a very nice spot too for some relaxation, we enjoyed it a lot in the mornings for breakfast. The house is very close to various amenities, supermarkets and shops are within walking distance. We really enjoyed staying at Fallerhaus, Mathias was very helpful and maintained good communication with us throughout the stay. We really recommend this comfortable property for families with kids. Not Applicable. There is nothing to complain about.
