Alexandra (7/5): Great stay, a perfect little beach shack to enjoy Mylestom - Great location, comfy beds, easy layout to live in, garden very well maintained and tidy. Kitchen was pretty dirty, we felt the need to wash things before we used them. BBQ gas bottle was empty, and while property wasn’t advertised with a BBQ it should be included for this type of house! Broken outdoor table in the backyard was a bit odd.

Natalie (10/5): Exceptional - The location was amazing- nice quiet river on one side of the house and to the back the ocean. Not far from the city but when you were there it felt like you were the only ones. Neighbours are all so lovely as well. The house it self had everything you needed. Kitchen had all utensils and all in working order. Nil

Katherine (1/5): Bad - Lawns unkept, dirty towels left wet in washing machine, used razors and toiletries, dirty BBQ, bins full of rubbish and more.
Moustafa (1/5): Bad - Quiet location No gas so the stove didn’t work. Called and asked for help I got rejected and got sent a message and nothing was done about it couldn’t make dinner or eat anything after we had purchased groceries

Kyle (9/5): Boronia Ave is located in the most peaceful town with a river on side and the ocean on the other. - Mylestom is beautiful, house was perfect and comfortable for 6 people.
Kirralie (9/5): Fabulous stay in a sleepy town - So close to the river and beach. The bedrooms are a good size and a well equipped kitchen. Lovely backyard. A little squishy inside living areas for 10 people but we had a great time. Surf side pizza was great and the general store/cafe was reasonably priced and beautifully situated. No where to hang clothes, we ended up hanging things up off the curtain rails. No locks on either of the bathroom doors.
Marion (4/5): Beach shack in need of TLC in a beautiful small town hosting beach and river access - Location is fantastic, beautiful beach/river village Rubbish needed to be collected, cleanliness was an issue around the house. Facilities were lacking and could do with some simple renovations. The price was too much for the type of house and facilities.
