• Jo (9/5): Wonderful views towards the sea - Paddy melons on the front lawn. Convenience. Spaciousness. Lovely setting. We forgot a tablet in a bedroom and the owner responded quickly to our email and promptly mailed it back to us . Older people should be aware there are stairs.

Have sent link on the friends and family recommending they stay in this amazing place. No instruction regarding disposal of rubbish and what to do with key and front door vwhen we left. Though this was a very minor thing and we will be back.

• Timson (9/5): Tranquil, relaxing and comfortable with a stunning view - Beautiful location overlooking Storm Bay and out to Bruny Island, and a fabulous outdoor area to watch the evening activity of the wildlife. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were unaware that it is a family home and the owners move out to allow guests to stay. We were able to clarify this with the owner and later found this information on other booking sites but not on booking.com. It did not affect our stay in any way.

• Jeff (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely house. Very welcoming, neat and tidy. Nice views, lots of wildlife. Well set out house. A lot of character with the sailing memorabilia. As a yachtsman from the northern beaches of Sydney it was like coming home. Nothing - everything was great.

Lovely balcony, lounge, kitchen and two bathrooms. full fridge. Location is good - close to Snug Falls and Snug. Parking is good. Owner friendly and hospitable. Nice and relaxing. Kangaroos visited in the evening. Owners live in the shed at back of home when people stay. It felt like we were invading their space and their stuff (didnt feel normal). But they left us to our own privacy. Couldn't use spa due to water consumption.
