• Mansoury (10/5): Exceptional - Location is fantastic, the fireplace is amazing, and the property is exceptionally clean. Breakfast included bacon, eggs, peanut butter, butter, honey, jam, fresh tomatoes, and a bowl of fruit, which was a great touch. There were also plenty of towels provided, making the stay even more comfortable. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable—easily one of the best properties I’ve stayed in over the past year.

• Anne (10/5): A wonderful experience at the Blue Wren - Bec went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was excellent and the boys loved the playroom there were activities for all ages. The house was exceptionally clean the beds cosy and extremely comfortable. The breakfast and tea lovely and plenty for all the family to enjoy. Bec is amazing!!

Could definitely stay for a week if you wanted to do some sightseeing. - Accommodation included breakfast which comprised of bacon, tomato, mushrooms, free range eggs from the hosts own farm, a large variety of cereals, bread, jams etc were supplied. Way above our expectations. Probable a second bathroom wouldn't go astray. Definitely wouldn't deter me from returning though.

• Jill (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable - wish we could have stayed longer! - There was an abundant supply of everything we could possibly want from fresh fruit, a range of cereals, fresh bread and numerous spreads, to the full bacon, eggs, tomato, mushrooms etc for a cooked breakfast. There was also a large variety of beverages to choose from. We couldn't have asked for more. Having the use of laundry facilities was a real bonus as we had been on the move for several days. Can't think of a thing.

• Stuart (10/5): A wonderful BnB in Bathurst.Highly recommend! - Bec was a generous host who had provided everything needed for a wonderful stay. Breakfast provisions were very generous - eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, fruit, cereal … the list goes on! The house was clean, comfortable and a lovely 20 minute walk to a great cafe by the river. The backyard and deck was a great place to sit and relax.

Bec is a lovely host and replied to my message promptly. I didn’t expect to have many mossie in my room at night. There was a very strong food smell when we checked in.

We were able to get a late check out. The food that was left in the fridge tasted delicious and was perfect for the weekend. There was nothing to dislike.

Wood included for the fidelity out side and I could go on! Nil

Everything you could possibly want was provided and a fantastic brekkie hamper in the fridge. Only issue, there’s a small step into the bathroom/toilet. We all had a kicked toe at some point.

There are fresh fruit(even kiwi fruits and bananas!) chocolate very generous breakfast basket in the fridge. Toast and all types of jams. the fireplace outdoor is so warm we can stay outside watching the beautiful sky and stars. It makes our holiday perfect! Thank you so much Bec! There is only one bathroom available we have to queue to get shower at night, but for the price it’s more than worth of the value, happy to compromise with this:)

Plenty of ingredients for breakfast - lovely fresh home grown eggs, fresh fruits and generous coffee, tea, spreads, cereals etc. Also a fresh, clean home away from home with comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen utensils and appliances and a bonus early and late checkout option.

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed in Bathurst, and I almost don’t want to give it the ten out of ten review because then everyone will know about it and it will always be booked out 😆 no issues whatsoever!
