Guest Reviews
- Kylie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alice (9/5): Superb -
- Louise (9/5): Great stopover, the property is sel-contained and had everything were needed - The house was immaculate & and had everything we needed for the stay. The deck was great for afternoon drinks.
The town was very pretty. The train in the middle of the night was talking point but not sure what travellers with children would think.
There were no shops in the town.
- Jason (9/5): Nice house and great value. Next to the train line but only a couple of freight trains go through per day. - Nice little house close to the pub. A little too close to the train line but not the end of the world.
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Great facilities and large enough for 4 people. The train noise but earplugs were provided.
- Josiane (7/5): Good - Awesome during the day! Very good value for money. The apartment was spacious, comfortable with good internet and smart TV with Netflix guest account. The interior was designed tastefully and it felt homely. The backyard is massive, great if you have kids who like to run around! Also, there are two benches and fruit trees, very relaxing.
A few takeaway places around, IGA is at 11 kms and Railton is very pretty. The train rustled by at 7.30pm, 11.15 pm, 11.30pm and 5.30 am ( we stayed Friday night to Sunday morning). It literally passes at .... 5 metres from the balcony and the main bedroom! Very close to the property with a railway crossing going ding ding ding each time! No train on Sunday morning!
Also, the toilet was dirty, there was urine on the commode and stains at the bottom. Otherwise, the place looked clean.
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Sam (10/5): Beautiful home excellent location. Definitely will return here had everything we needed plus more - Absolutely beautiful home! Had everything we needed & more! Was not near long enough stay here or in Railton such a beautiful town.
Fire pit was my highlight! Cannot fault anything
- Tracy (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable
Great set up
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (9/5): Nice premises & great base for touring! - Central location, big yard & car parking, premises well set up, netflix & pick your own fresh fruit from the trees in the yard! BBQ needs a thorough pressure wash, guests need to be advised of what days the garbage is to be road side collected?
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judy (10/5): Exceptional - The house was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean. We enjoyed picking and eating the raspberries. The trains passing were a bonus. It was central and we dined at the hotel next door. The locals were very friendly and shared their interest in the topiary. Nothing.
- Kim (9/5): Superb -
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, really clean and well set up with games, wifi etc nothing

- Aranka (10/5): Our stay was lovely. Would book again if we go back to Tasmania. Very clean property. - Location was perfect for us as we have our family living down the road. The kids loved the big backyard and also having the River down the back. The place was clean and cosy.
