• Petar (10/5): Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommended! - The location of the accommodation is extremely easy to find, and the neighborhood itself is very calm and pleasant — perfect for a relaxing stay. There are several grocery stores located nearby, which made things very convenient. Another big plus is the private parking spot right in front of the building. The cleanliness of the house was outstanding. Everything was spotless, fresh, and smelled amazing. There were plenty of towels, and both the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We also loved having large TVs in both the bedroom and the living room, with YouTube and Netflix available. The porch in front of the house is beautifully designed and completely flat — an ideal space for kids to play — though unfortunately it was too cold during our stay to enjoy it. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we truly felt welcomed and taken care of. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

• Henrik (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft, ruhige Lage - Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in einem modernen Stil, so dass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Die Endlage in einer Sackgasse sorgte für eine angenehme Ruhe Der einzige Punkt, der uns nicht gefallen hat waren die Matratzen. Diese waren in beiden Zimmern völlig durchgelegen. .Wenn das in Ordnung gebracht ist, wäre unsere Bewertung eine glatte 10 von 10

• Tracey (10/5): A haven of peace and comfort. - We liked everything about the property. It is in a quiet and friendly residential area with lots of options for buying food (Lidl, BILLA, and Hofer -Aldi, with a bakery selling delicious bread all close by). It was immaculately clean, comfortable, and well supplied with everything we needed. There is a safe place to park the car. A train to Vienna is regular and reliable and takes about half an hour. We appreciated all of the luxuries that we don’t often see in holiday rentals. There were tons of plates, cups, cutlery, and the knives were sharp. The wine glasses were a rare treat to use. The electric blinds made it nice and dark at night. We had unusually hot weather, but the insulation of the house meant the temperature was always very comfortable. Very spacious.

• Moatazmm (10/5): Excellent Accommodation - This house is very beautiful, comfortable and cozy. It deserves solid 10 rating. The house is perfect for a family of 4 and can accommodate more people. Interiors are very elegant and modern. The house has everything that you need for your daily life with well equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, cleaning equipment and a washing machine. The location is very easy to find and is 35 min away from Vienna by car and located in a very nice peaceful neighbourhood. We were looking forward to go home everyday to have some rest and energise for the next day. The biggest highlight is having breakfast early morning in the terrace/private garden. We will definitely come back. Thank you Kay for this beautiful house.

The location is extremely peaceful (virtually no traffic at all), very nice environment (cozy towns to visit, great areas for hiking and biking) and only 30 minutes by car or by train to Vienna. The location is equipped with really everything you would need for a short vacation, everything is new and of very good quality. And everything is perfectly clean. It was one of the most relaxing short vacations we had and we would be happy to return.
