• Emily (8/5): - We enjoyed the spacious home and backyard, it is clean and has many amenities in the kitchen. Its quiet and from the balcony we enjoyed watching all the different bird species living opposite. It is also close to many activities on Phillip Island. We wish there were towels/bed linen provided but it was easy enough to bring our own.
• Nicky (7/5): A Seabreeze Haven Experience for the family! - Seabreeze Haven accomodation in Cowes can be best described as a modern spacious home nestled in a new quiet estate overlooking the lake with its ducks. Our short stay at this house was pleasant and comfortable for a family of five. It was only a short drive into town, beaches and other local sites of interest. We would be happy to return again in the future. Something to note: we were required to bring our own bed sheets, pillowcases and towels for our stay, which took up a lot of luggage space in the boot of our car. The pillows provided at the home were not good quality and were very uncomfortable lacking neck support. I would recommend bringing your own pillows too.

• Brendan (10/5): Pleasant family holiday spot - A lovely house with all facilities needed and pool table as a bonus family activity. Pet friendly secure yard. In a a great location near 2 parks and not far from beaches. Nothing.

• Kellie (8/5): Fun and functional holiday home - Highly functional and well set up for two families and our pooches to have a lovely weekend away. Fully fenced yard, BBQ and outdoor furniture, two comfortable living rooms, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, pool room, 2.5 bathrooms, quiet street, off street parking and 5 minute walk to the beach made for a perfect long weekend break. Very good comms from Tevy too. Nothing though I should have paid note to the listing advising linen wasn't included.

• Alison (8/5): Very good - Quiet position, great backyard for family and dogs. Close to Cowes and walking distance to beach Unfortunately a storm resulted in no power to the property on our last night so we needed to leave early.

• Nan (9/5): Superb - The house is newly built with new and functional facilities. Our large family had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, due to the continuous rain during our stay, we couldn't enjoy the backyard, although the view was beautiful. One improvement could be adding a roof to the decking to make it more functional.

• Garcia1974 (9/5): Family Bonding - Communication with the owner. The place was clean. Homely presence. Quiet place to stay. Close to town (Cowes). Only thing was - I could not park 2 cars in the garage, but plenty of room for off-street parking.
• Kolitha (10/5): Excellent place for a relaxing holiday. - The house was really comfortable. We needed a relaxing time in a warm and cozy place. And we got it. Very cleaned and there wasn't anything to be worried at all. My kids didn't want to leave the house.

Easy access to the property with good off-road parking for 3 cars. great communication from the host. The facility is well maintained and fully furnished. great big backyard. We had to supply our own beddings which was bit of inconvenience as we were travelling for leisure and paying that much money, we were hoping that beddings are supplied. Don’t think anybody Carrie’s beddings when on holidays. We travel slot and this was first time we came across where we were told to get our own beddings. Otherwise, this is a perfect place for big family holiday.

• Karim (10/5): Best holiday home ever. - The house was in a beautiful location, it was exactly how I expected it to be the house is like something out of a movie, it's very clean and spacious, has a pool table and was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Son lost his phone in the home and the owner immediately let me know and gave it back, HUGE backyard and 2 big HD TV's, host is a great person. Thank you so much! Nothing at all

• Ai (6/5): Pleasant - clean and new houses dint inform us about all the bed sheets, pillows and towel is not provided. this is my 1st time stay at home stay without all the bed sheet and pillow sheet. and tell us so last minute. and then we feel being cheated. and have to pay extra $150 for all the linen and towel.
