Renee (1/5): Very disappointing. Do not rent from 2450 Beach Holiday Rentals. - The property could be nice but the service from the rental company is terrible. The place hadn’t been cleaned for a number of days when we arrived and no one answered the ‘emergency’ out of hours number for over 12 hours. 5 weeks later still waiting for our refund as we couldn’t stay there the first night. The place was unusable. It smelt like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. Way over priced for quality and service.

Ray (7/5): Great place poor management - Great location and very comfortable Poor communication and empathy towards us arriving and finding dirty linen and towels . Was promised clean linen after 7pm on our arrival but didn't happen. Sat up until 11pm cleaning, drying linen and making beds. No follow up from staff the next day. Eventually got hold of Sharon who seemed surprised that I requested a $400 refund for our arrival problems. As I'm nonconfrontational, I agreed on $250 refund instead (still feel it should have been $400). Doreen eventually reached me via the guest page and was very apologetic towards our predicament and supportive. Thank you Doreen it meant a lot to us. I did receive a notification that a refund was coming, however it's nearly been a week and no refund has appeared, I'm sure it will be in my account by next week. This is a wonderful little place and it's unfortunate that it is not being managed better. Sometimes a little empathy and understanding towards your guests goes a long way. Thanks again Doreen you were wonderful.
