- Carol (5/5): Disappointed, not as expected - Walking distance to beach. Upstairs bedrooms were nice and king bed was comfortable. There was a musty unused old house smell on arrival. The dining chairs were metal, cold and uncomfortable. The lower level was basically an old house/shack. Not what we expected from the pictures and price paid. The upstairs bathroom was nice. However, it was so small that a larger person would have difficulty sitting on the toilet and showering. The outdoor deck furniture was covered by a tarp that was tied on and almost impossible to remove. The bbq was a joke. You had to remove the grill to light it. Only 1 burner worked, and most of the knobs were broken. We were also asked to drop the keys back to the agent on departure, despite there being a key box at the property. This property didn't meet our expectations.

- Sam (9/5): Superb - The whole house was great, spacious and comfortable. We had 4 children and 4 adults, and we did not feel cramped. Kitchen equipment was great, plenty of food storeage, with a spare fridge. The yard was great, leading for may activities for our kids to do outside. Plenty of room to store push bikes etc. Internet reliable. Upon cleaning up, we did find behind the couch was not cleaned. The house had a musty smell when we walked in. (Easily fixed)
