Guest Reviews
- Michael (9/5): very comfortable, would highly recommend -
- Robin (10/5): -
- Brendan (10/5): - The driveway was a bit too tight for my uninsured hire car so I parked across the road which was ok.
- Genevieve (10/5): Great vibe and private garden - Very clean and quiet, loved the garden and the colours. Great to be able to have my dog stay there too
- Mary (10/5): Had great stay with lots to do and see, morning drive up to coffin bay - Just like being at home with all appliances supplied in unit Nothing to report
- Karen (10/5): Peaceful and relaxing. We will be back. - Great security for the car and our belongings, lovely fully fenced yard for our dogs, beautiful garden and outdoor sitting areas. Inside was very clean and bed was comfy.
Close to town but was very private and quiet.
Beautiful park across the road.
Communication from our host was informative and welcoming. A bigger TV would have been good as my eyesight isnt real good😉
- HEATHER WOODWARD (10/5): - Everything was inviting and everything we needed. TONI the host was friendly and welcoming Everything was good. Had no bad feedback to give.
- priya (9/5): Comfortable and relaxing - We had a wonderful stay at Sinclair Cottage in Port Lincoln . The house was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, which made our visit so relaxing. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Sinclair Cottage to anyone visiting Port Lincoln. -
- Richard (8/5): -
- Leanne (9/5): - It was well equipped and the cottage had a lot of character.
Enjoyed staying their as it felt homely.
Loved the daily contact with the beautiful Persian cat who was very affectionate. Didn't like that the cottage infront of us had a dog that barked constantly when they were out. It was very annoying.
- G (5/5): The bed was quite comfortable, the shower was hot and it was clean. - No breakfast supplied Couldn't find instructions for the television or airconditioner. The signal for the TV kept dropping out so there was no possibility of watching TV. If I had known i would have brought some games from home. Also a jug for chilled water would be good.
- Antonio (8/5): -
- Sharon (7/5): -
- Lukas-Peter (9/5): -

- Fiona (10/5): Great little hideaway - Very private and good location.
It's great that there is a closed off garden for your dogs.
The bed was comfortable. The mozzies
- Kenneth (9/5): - Nice private studio (one of two on the premises), with room for our moodle to wander around the yard. The front studio is more modern, but less private; so the rear studio with private garden suited us a little better. Excellent coffee shop (Boston Beans) a couple of blocks away and park across the road for kids or dogs. Not terribly close to main shops and restaurants - but we were able to drive everywhere we needed to go.
- Phillips (10/5): A relaxing stay in quiet settings. - The quietness, the location, the decor and cleanliness. It was all good.
- Pier (10/5): - Werkelijk paradijsje. Zeer fraaie bungalow waar alles we rkt en zeer compleet. En dan ook nog eens een prachtige tuin met zitjes in de zon en schaduw. Hier is een liefhebber aan het werk ! Toch wel een half uur lopen naar de stad.
- Ralph (9/5): - Sweet little place. Oasis. Simple, unpretentious. Pleasant. Informal. Perfect for two night's rest from camping. The laundry door needs planing so it can be opened without scraping the floor.
- Brian (10/5): Too nice to share - Simple and has everything, I could retire in the cottage
- Kevan (7/5): - Beautiful grounds, nice layout with separate dining, bed, laundry/bath and lounge. Really nice atmosphere.
- Andrew (9/5): Great location, great hosts, perfect for a few days in Pt Lincoln - Location was great!
Price was great!
Host made it easy.
Very clean and comfortable.
- Tara (8/5): Great cottage. Spacious, comfortable and great value for money. - Fantastic value for money. Excellent place to share with our pooch. The enclosed yard was great and the house is directly opposite a large park. House was extremely clean and comfortable. TV was a bit small and the water pressure was a bit light on. Certainly not deal breakers and I would certainly stay there again irrespective of this!
- Nikolaj (9/5): Lovely place, feel like home. Everything well sorted. Definitely I will stay here if I come again to Port Lincoln. -
- Bennett (8/5): Port Lincoln stay - nice quiet spot
off street parking nothing
- (treza) (8/5): Tranquil oasis - Quiet location. Fenced rear yard for our fur babies.
Everything we needed was on hand. Short drive to most things. Reserve across the road.
Normally, small accommodation has tiny bathrooms, this one was on the large size.
Comfortable bed and sofa.
Really enjoyed the cottage with bright artwork.

- Allan (9/5): Superb -
- Joy (9/5): Superb -
- Jackie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sandy (10/5): Exceptional - Plenty of room, sunlight, airflow. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, easy access. Bricks for step at back access door needs attention, uneven..

- Thomas (10/5): Excellent property, plenty of space and well set-up, both inside and out. -
- Olivia (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the cottage; it's well-arranged and it has everything we needed. The backyard is lovely and a great place to relax. Safe parking on property and dog friendly. There is also a big dog friendly park across the road and the area was quiet.
- Jordan (9/5): Superb -
- Larry (9/5): Nice little cottage perfect for a couple. - Cottage is nice with all facilities and nice garden in the back with nice quiet location opposite a playground. All supplies like coffee, tea, laundry powder etc were left by the host and the bed was comfortable. A friendly cat welcomed us at the door and stayed at the back for most of our stay. Driveway is slightly difficult to negotiate , for small to medium car it is ok. Opening and closing the gate is slightly challenging because it is a gravel driveway.
- Haylee (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and tidy, everything we needed beautiful to stay in
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (10/5): Cute cottage in a great location - Cleanliness of the property was great! It had everything we needed for our stay!

- Eugene (7/5): Good -
- Denise (7/5): Good - It was in a quiet area. There were people in the other cottage but they had no impact on us. A ceiling fan or two would be nice.
- Penny (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable & well looked after - All the little touches from home Nothing
- Rachel (7/5): Good - The self contained unit was in such a quiet, yet convenient area which was very much appreciated! It had a great outdoor patio/garden area that I wasn't expecting. Given the facilities and size of the unit, it's great value for money! Given that it's a pet friendly location I anticipated a bit of animal hair to be in random nooks and crannys (it's inevitable). What I didn't expect was for the floor to be absolutely covered in fur from the moment I walked in. I had to do an initial sweep of the main living areas to clean the place before I settled in.
- Cindy (10/5): Very convenient to the main areas of Port Lincoln. Park opposite cottage excellent for our pug. - Location nice and quiet but handy to shopping/marina/parks. Driveway access not the best

- Monica (8/5): I will always have fond memories of my stay at Sinclair Cottage😊 - Quant, private, gardens, soothing sound from chooks over the fence. Very quiet and peaceful. My 2 little schnauzers settled well. Gas ran out and owners responded quickly. Hot water fixed. I loved the cottage, when I arrived was rather overcome emotionally, such a beautiful feeling. I will always have fond memories of my stay at Sinclair Cottage😊 A back door screen with doggie door, that way the flies would not come in. I found the driveway tricky when reversing. All good thou. All the necessary things available
- Heather (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bradley (10/5): Exceptional - Great place with a secure yard for our 2 dogs . Great water pressure in the shower. Located neR all things . Driveway is tight but we have a large 4x4 with clear view mirrors and got in and out ok
