• Shuja (8/5): Great property (better than in the photos), poor wifi - Large space, TWO bathrooms. Very comfortable, great location. Older property but clean and well maintained. Wifi is practically useless - can't load Neftlix/YouTube on the TV downstairs or load anything on your phone over the wifi.

• PYRAMIDSOUL (7/5): If you require comfortable stay for a family within CBD Geelong this is great. - The location was great as centre of Geelong CBD. The downstairs had a bad odour like mould. Could have been the carpet in the living space as it was not very clean. Also the owner who lived across the property was not welcoming but requested extra money for children, although the place was three bedrooms.

• gabygoestravelling (9/5): - It was a great location for my work mates and I to stay for a work trip. The size is great, and it was nice being able to just walk somewhere for dinner. The location is quiet in terms of no noise from other houses. I didn't consider the noise factor when making the booking. The noise was mainly from the trains and a little bit from cars. It didn't impact our stay though but it's something for others to consider if they prefer more quiet spaces.
• Caroline (7/5): Short stay for graduation ceremony - The location was great for us to attend our daughter's graduation from Deakin Uni. Easy access to the property. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for 6 of us. There was a strange smell in the accommodation. We were not a fan of the decor - There were extra large intimidating murals (religious type idols) on all the walls. Not our thing, but this is a personal choice.

Easy check-in / key provision and good communication from the host. Kitchen could have been a bit better stocked, but it had plenty for an overnight stay. Blinds closed but didn't provide privacy from the lane (someone would have to be going out of their way to look in though).

The location gave us great access to the beach, Deakin university and shopping. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Hosts were accommodating of last minute change of plans. Would definitely recommend this amazing property. The stairs were a little challenging for a family member with joint problems

• Kym (4/5): Disappointing - It was a unique place. My mum fell down the stairs from the kitchen to the loungeroom, and she spent the night in hospital. I reached out to the owners, letting them know that we may have to leave later the following day as we spent most of the night with my mum while she stayed in hospital, continuing to have treatment. However, we still haven't heard from the owners, unfortunately. Even to see how my mum is going. We must say that Geelong hospital it amazing, though. There were a few other issues within the property that could be fixed and replaced. The smell of mould in the bathroom, as we showered, was quite strong.

Staircase potentially dangerous, slippery flooring needs more rail support. No option to sleep lower level. No coffee machine and pods. No TV top master bedroom. Microwave needs upgrade. Bodywash in shower is bulk style poor grade.

• Des (9/5): Great townhouse in a great lication with lovely decor and facilities. - This was a lovely townhouse, great for our one night stay for our family and kids friends. Beds were comfy. Great location. Can't fault really. We couldn't do a late checkout but our fault really because we didn't consider until the night before.

• Emily (8/5): A comfortable stay - The house and facilities were clean and well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. The check-in with the lockbox process was easy. There was a written requirement to provide a $200 cash bond upon arrival which is unusual and wasn't actually enforced, but this caused some anxiety prior to our stay.
