• Sonia (9/5): A great relaxing family home to accommodate a large group to create long lasting family memories - Quiet location, comfortable home for 3 families. Decent size bedrooms , 4 bedrooms had verandas with ocean views . Favourite part of the home was upper veranda with awning & comfortable furniture to eat alfresco with amazing views of the ocean . Downstairs had a huge mancave with pool table , table tennis a big tv , another generous space to hang out . A garage with internal access to home . We loved the home will be back for sure Shops aren’t far , lots to explore , many local beaches Even though we were a big group we never felt tight or on top of each other Nothing to fault - minor thing 2 bedrooms downstairs could do with blockout curtains

• Alfonso (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - The house was very comfortable and clean. Everything was presented extremely well. Bed were comfortable and beautifully made with good quality linen. My family of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren had lots of room. The Pool table was not used largely due to the presence of a damp smell however because I had read about this in a previous review we opened up all the windows as soon as we arrived and it helped a great deal. Access to the beach is fantastic and small group of local shops was handy. The location was great. The smell as mentioned above is the only negative aspect of the house. If this could be rectified would definitely be a 10 out of 10 from me and my family
• Debbie (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious rooms, our family of 11 adults enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. Quiet location and close to everything we needed. Living areas and kitchen well equipped. Excellent view, saw some amazing sunrises and sunsets. Always something to see in the bay

• Zhu (10/5): A real holiday house - Amazing view with great location. The house has more than everything we need~a lot of entertainment area! We love the outdoor dinner area with fantastic view. Kitchen ware need a bit upgrade and BBQ equipment seems haven’t been clean for a while. It doesn’t have enough dishwasher tablets and laundry powder for such big house capacity. We bought some from supermarket.
• Macy (8/5): Great view, great beds, great space - Love the smart home system and the view for sure. The beds are really comfortable too. There weren't enough toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage and also dishwashing liquids or capsules. No swimming pool 😭
• Ken (9/5): Great annual catch up with lifelong friends - A magnificent residence with expansive water views. Most amentities were clean and in top condition. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space to spread out (we were a group of 9). Enough room for 5 cars utilising the garage and driveway. Outside BBQ balcony with retractable shade and 180 degree water vista was a popular spot. Mostly minor stuff like-BBQ needs to be bigger-very small hot plate area -smart TV (upstairs) has issues-we couldn't get it working despite some "experts" in our group -some curtains (mainly bedrooms need repairing -New bats needed for table tennis ($20 spend long overdue)

• Kelly (8/5): Very good - The house worked perfectly for us all which was 6 adults & 4 young children. Air conditioning wasn’t great & downstairs wasn’t air conditioned at all so no one used the games room down stairs.
• Lisa (9/5): Superb - Amazing view, sitting outside on the deck overlooking the bay is an awesome way to relax and enjoy nature at its best, morning, afternoon and especially in the evening. Location close to everything, shops, beaches, local attractions, etc. Plenty of parking on site. BBQ was small for a 12 person stay. Only a 3 burner, could do with a 6 or minimum 4 burner at least. Recreation room needs more ventilation as it's quite stuffy. There's a window and doors, but with so many mosquitoes, the doors have to stay closed. Could do with a fan.
• Arkij (7/5): Lovely but NOT Luxury - Beautiful location with lovely views out across the bay. The home was good with the number of bedrooms to accommodate us all. 1. On arriving we were locked out. Unable to use the access code as the screen door had been locked. Check in was 1500 hours. We arrived at 1600 hours . Had to call to have the cleaner come down to open the door with her keys which was 30 minutes to wait. 2. Furniture was not clean. There were marks & stains on the chairs which made it very uninviting to sit on . Curtains damaged. 3. Downstairs there was a terrible smell of stale dampness. It was not pleasant at all for those of us who slept downstairs. The downstairs lounge area is large & much more comfortable to sit as the family to chat & watch a movie, however the smell made this area inhabitable. We retreated to the dining table. 4. The attitude of the leasing agents was quite intimidating. Not pleasant to deal with. Taking the full payment for the accommodation as well as the $2000 weeks early I felt was unnecessary.
