- Dudley (5/5): Definitely not Premier accommodation - The location and view were incredible. The whole property is in dire need of a makeover and a good thorough clean. In the middle of Winter there is NO HEATING at all ( there is a fireplace but NO wood)and the house is a large two level open plan design. The only two air conditioners in bedrooms 2&3 are decommissioned; the are NO curtains or blinds in the Master ensuite and the main bathroom, there are NO curtains or blinds in the main living living room or kitchen where the next door neighbour looks down on ( it is like living in a gold fish bowl), the drawers in the kitchen are all rusty, the shelves in the pantry are filthy, the beams in the lounge area are filthy, the fireplace was disgusting, the bathroom towel rails are all rusty and we would not use, all in all for the money charged $1200 a night the place was NOT up to Premiere status as advertised. I could go on and on but I see no point as the owners and management would have to be blind to not see some of what I have listed. The only reason you would stay here is for the views definitely NOTHING else. NOT a good stay for value or comfort.
