- Richard (4/5): The location is excellent, but the apartment condition was disappointing. - The location of apartment 6B, 20 Eastern Road, Booker Bay is excellent with the shopping precinct, Galleria, Palm Beach ferry and beaches within easy walk. The booking experience was less than satisfactory. As of post checkout I have received 15 emails, 2 SMS and 1 telephone call (and counting!) for a long weekend at Ettalong Beach! This bombardment was unnecessary and distracting. Regrettably the location was overshadowed by the disappointing apartment condition. On checkout I handed Accom staff a list of 16 defects and deficiencies (short list; there were others!). Some were minor, however a number were more serious. I would not consider returning to apartment 6B or any other short-term apartment in the complex until improvements have been completed.
