The premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Also when using a BBQ that it is left clean and tidy or a min additional cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged. Early check in from 10:00 and late check out up to 12:00 is available for an additional $60 (subject to availability and requires separate confirmation in writing 24 hours prior to stay) can not be guaranteed. Please note that this property requires a refundable $1000 bond upon check in to cover any damage to the property. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodations within 7 days of check out. Please note that there is a 2% surcharge when you pay with a credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Talevski (9/5): - Beautiful, peaceful location with everything you need for a great stay! Surrounded by rolling hills and healthy Angus cattle, the place is a little slice of heaven . Stargazing was also amazing. The grandkids loved it! The lounge in the main living area wasn't all that comfortable. It's sagging in the middle e and you just sink in. There were a number a lights not working in various areas that were reported to Weekenda.

- Jan (10/5): Great! Loved it. Perfect for our family reunion accommodation. - Country location, no close neighbours, beautiful house with lots of space and every convenience, clean and comfortable. Great little pool, good for children and for a quick dip for adults. Grass lawn with no prickles was great for kids to run around on. Extra late checkout was appreciated. Air con wasn't working at first but improved overnight, may need checking (30 to 34 degrees in bedrooms). We appreciated Bryce helping sort it out and getting it working. Nicole from Weekenda also was also helpful communicating on the phone, thanks. Just a detail, coffee grinder was not working, needs replacing. Google maps sent us to the neighbour's house, (Roscrea Homestead) instead of Roscrea Estate. Apple maps had it correct. Maybe clearer signage on the property entrance road fork would help.

We'll definitely be back. - The lead up to occupying Roscrea Homestead: The managing property agent offered excellent service with regular communication & easy contact. The Welcome: We arrived right at 2pm to meet the accommodation servicing team as they were leaving. They stopped to warmly welcome us & assisted by describing the special features of the property. The Stay: The property was impeccably clean & well maintained. It was a lovely start to our stay. Quality furnishings and beyond: With extremely comfortable bedding, a well-appointed kitchen, beautiful vistas from sunrise & sunset, the most magnificent night skies, manicured grounds & gardens, the crystal clean pool, the cows, kangaroos and rabbits who were all intrigued, yet respectful, of our presence... Roscrea Homestead delivered above and beyond our expectations. Didn't want to leave.
