Guest Reviews
- Stephanie (9/5): - The hosts made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Everything we needed plus attention to detail. It's the little things that made the difference, cake and berries on the bench when we arrived, the heater was on and some nice music playing and everything we needed for a relaxing fussless visit.
- Debbie (9/5): - Quaint little place in a quiet small town
- Scott (10/5): Absolutely perfect. - Cheese platter, crackers with assorted fruit not expected but a great bonus after the travel. Full cream milk not the long life stuff you find everywhere else. Good selection of teas and coffees. Fire pit with wood available within 10 mtr's. Close to town - we walked everywhere no car required so you can have that second glass of wine at the pub under renovation. There was a guitar in the room, haven't picked one up for 10 years what a blast. Thanks guys had a ball we will be back. We are from Perth so a little more heat like in the bedroom would have been nice - but hey we didn't freeze.
- Julia (9/5): We stayed 3 nights - a little oasis in Ross. - Clean, warm, great welcome treats and well equipped for a short stay. 3 mins walk from the Ross hotel, which served great food. Big thank you to our hostess who helped when our daughter had her booking cancelled .😁
- Kerry (10/5): - A cosy cottage with everything you needed and more. It was the little touches that impressed us... a cheese platter upon arrival, banana bread for brekky, gowns to lounge in, great books about the local area and Tassie... bed was so comfortable too...
- Anne (10/5): Excellente soirée douillette - Nous avons découvert un cottage très douillet, très bien équipé et joliment décoré pour passer une superbe nuit extra confortable. Plein de petits plus et de gâteries en surprise Tout parfait
- Kenbg (9/5): - Great location easy walk to town.⁹9
- Caroline (10/5): - We loved the cottage in every way
- John (10/5): Great location, good kitchen, guitar to use-in tune-wonderful! -
- Tricia (10/5): - Lovely, very well equipped cottage in a private setting in beautiful Ross. It had lots of thoughtful touches and everything was covered (I could not think of a single thing that was missing!). A very well run property and communication with the owner was excellent. Just wished we had factored in more than one night in our trip schedule. Nothing- it was perfect!
- Cindy (10/5): What a little gem! Lovely cottage with so many wonderful extra touches. - Cottage was wonderful. Great layout and the extra touches of cheese board, sweet treats and fresh milk was a lovely surprise.
- Nicole (10/5): -
- Kerry (10/5): Conveniant, easy access. Very comfortble. - location was perfect. We didn't actually eat a meal there. But we could have had a light meal very easily without taking anything of our own. The cheese platter was a lovely touch. Plenty of other extras provided if we'd needed to use them.
- Lisa (9/5): Cosy Cabin for a Relaxing Weekend! - Everything was very lovely! Host Stephanie turned the outside light on for us to assist and the heater was on so it was warm and cosy to walk into. Home baked treats were a special touch. A lovely little cabin and as described & photos are accurate. That we didn't stay longer!

- YaCool (9/5): A very comfortable cottage - The cottage is very cute , small but full of stuff you need for a comfortable stay. We like the garden and all the small things the owner provided, such different types of biscuits, chocolate, and a cheese board. Kitchen, although small but full of ingredients for cooking. The whole cottage feels warm and homey. We love it. It is also in one of the most beautiful towns -Ross. Easy travel to Launceston and Hobart. If the place is less stuffed , maybe easier for us to find our own stuff. We just got worried about leaving things behind as there are many owners' things around.
- Cosette (10/5): Wish I had of had more time - Quiet I needed softer pillows and a bit fuller

An ideal size for a few nights stay for a couple. The hosts have clearly gone to some effort to provide a lovely ambience with tasteful furnishings and knicknacks, including an acoustic guitar which was in tune !! The plate of cheese and fresh fruit in the fridge was a lovely touch. A very comfortable bed with a nice warm doonah for the cold nights.
