- Simone (5/5): Passable - great location. walking distance to norwood parade with lots of shops and restaurants the place is outdated. oven not working. even though I asked for a clean kitchen (old reviews mentioned uncleaned kitchen) the kitchen was not clean. The rangehood was covered in grease and same as the oven. Pots and pants were greasy. Oven knob was missing and therefore we couldnt use the oven.
- Vicki (8/5): A good base for an Adelaide visit - The house is in a good location, close to the city but in a residential area. It is nicely furnished with modern, tasteful furniture and modernised bathrooms. It was quite spacious for a townhouse an had an outside courtyard. Good supplies of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and liquid are provided. The kitchen was older and needed some maintenance - oven door handle loose, dishwasher missing shelf wheel and rack and range hood was very greasy and the light did not work. More crockery and a bit more kitchen equipment would be useful (as I make a lot of use of the kitchen).
- Carlo (9/5): Was a comfortable stay at a great location and the table tennis table is a nice bonus. - Great location and comfortable place to stay in.
- Jo (7/5): Adequate accomodation. Fortunately weather was good & we were out at relatives, beach, wineries - Location great, outdoor courtyard, table tennis table. Oven door handle was broken so we didn’t use the oven worrying it would break off the other end if used.
One of the dining chairs had been glued up poorly and as soon as my 60kg daughter sat on it. It collapsed. Fortunately limited body damage done but could have been a lot worse (left it in the garage/table tennis room).
Very disappointed to not have a window in one of the bedrooms.
- Aaron (6/5): A pleasant stay in a great location, but the property could do with a good clean. - The location was fantastic - walking distance to Norwood and the City. Close to shops for groceries and bus for transport if required. The house set up was great - 3 bedrooms upstairs all a good size and offering privacy for the whole family. The house needed a very good clean - we had to contact the agent on arrival as the bins were overflowing, and the carpets were covered with lint / dirty. The stair rails were very sticky, empty rubbish containers in the laundary, and dishes were filfthy. Advised garage parking - but garage had table tennis table set up so parking was outside in the driveway. Doona's also had blood on them - which was also commented on by a previous guest, so disapointing that these werent replaced for hygeine.
- Monica (8/5): Very good -
- Emily (9/5): Excellent location! Great accommodation- lovely -
- Cindy (9/5): Great stay thank you - Very Clean, home away from home.
Close to shopping and a great pub.
- See (4/5): dissapointing - location 1) not clean. very dusty. kitchen is old and oily.
2) very difficult to open the main door. pls fix the door lock.
3) host not helpful in solving problem.
- Nadine (10/5): Perfect townhouse in great location. - Great townhouse in a lovely quiet location, within easy walking and driving distance of The Parade and easy access to Adelaide CBD.
Very spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a family or group of friends with 2 bathrooms and an extra powder room. spacious dinning area & plenty of comfortable seating in the lounge area. Well equipped kitchen with all amenities and a lovely courtyard if you wish to sit or eat outdoors.
Good communication with local host.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - It's a great house and really close to the city, we had a plumbing issue and it was fixed straight away.
Really happy with the property and the hosts.
highly reccommend.
