• Carlos (10/5): Our stay in the beachfront house was exceptional—every amenity was thoughtfully provided, and the space was incredibly c - Location was amazing. Shops 2 min away and beachfront breathtaking. Just as a suggestion having a blender in the kitchen would have been great. Other than that house was fully equipped.
• Algie (6/5): Great location, nice decor but aging property. - Location was great, views were lovely. Decor in loungeroom is nice, plus upstairs beds were comfy. The cockroaches everywhere, particularly in the kitchen.The kitchen and bathrooms are older, as is the external of the house. We didn't use the downstairs bedrooms which have the bunk beds as it was very musty smelling. The cupboard with the vacuum was extremely smelly. I think it was overpriced for what it is, particularly as linen and towels aren't included. Fortunately it was a nice location.
• Gerri (10/5): Perfect location with a lovely ocean view - The location is wonderful with nice ocean views. We loved hearing the ocean! We were close to many lovely beach walks, the national park and some beautiful beaches. I loved the bird song and the colorful birds. The bed was comfy. The owners/agents were excellent to work with. Because we were coming from another country, they waived the linen fee and cash security deposit. Very helpful :) The pans were scratched, so unuseable.

A short walk to Vincentia Village shopping centre. The property is not new but well maintained and clean. It's affordable. Nothing

The ensuite vanity mirror too low, could be moved/extra added to wall above towel rail to make it usable. Third bedroom could use airconditioning.

• Matthias (8/5): - Man mietet ein komplettes und wirklich geräumiges Haus, das viel zu bieten hat von Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher über großen Balkon, sehr großem Garten inklusive BBQ bis hin zu einer Waschmaschine. Über den Garten gelangt man in wenigen Schritten zu einem kleinen Strand. Die Gastgeber sind außerdem sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus wirkt an einigen Stellen alt und leider ist die allgemeine Sauberkeit nicht besonders gut. Wer keine Lust auf Spinnen hat, wird sich hier nicht wohl fühlen oder muss erstmal selbst tätig werden.

Eating breakfast outside looking at views and listening to birds was a beautiful way to start the day. Paying extra for linen and towels. This was the first time that it wasn't included in the price.

The grassed yard and balcony face north which was wonderful for morning sun and the dog to relax in the warmth. The rooms were well sized. And beds comfortable There are a few squeaky doors and stairs - not great for light sleepers and early wakers

• Victoria (7/5): Well located beach shack with a very comfy couch - Location was fantastic, property was mostly clean (given the age and condition of the property), kitchen very well stocked with pots, pans and crockery. Shower pressure was AMAZING! Bed was comfy and view was lovely. There was evidence of water damage and a damp/mould smell, particularly in cupboards upstairs. Some sinks had black mould in the drain but none where it would cause an issue. Shower in second bathroom upstairs leaked.

Super amazing location, well spaced house and quite comfy beds. i love how the kitchen and bathrooms are well provided for, you dont have to go rushing to supermarket to get everything basic - to me this is a standout and quite a convenience factor for families. It is super spacious and well looked after. Upstairs is super nice, hampton style like rooms and bathrooms. Jerry and team are really easy to deal with. the location is just outstanding and the views are spectacular. I am hopeful that we can be back very, very, very soon! The downstairs section is ready for a bit of facelift - esp the third bathroom plus laundry. Look it is not a show stopper, but it would be great for the property. I also think it would add to value for money for Jerry and team - it is a very well priced accommodation and sometimes you can feel that it just misses the mark on some parts of the house that can be a bit newer. But would not stop us from going back - love the hosts and the place!

I strongly recommend the accommodation for my friends and will visit again soon. The owners (Jerry) are very responsive and c friendly service. Linen is extra charges.

It would be lovely to have a coffee machine!!

We had the best family holiday, we loved the garden, and we LOVED to proximity to the beach and the coastal walkway, despite this the house felt peaceful and secluded, the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends. The views are incredible. Hosts were helpful and responsive. We are already talking about coming back ;-)

I was surprised by the fact that a deposit is required and that they (normally) charge additionally for supplying bedlinen. Owners handled things very professionally though so I have no complaints whatsoever.

Definitely big enough for 2/3 families. Been twice and will definitely be back for a third stay. The hosts were always very quick to respond and very helpful. The only thing that could be of use would be a baby gate on the stairs but certainly not a complaint

I would stay again but wife wont. - position - outlook from verandas -closeness to Husky and bike path and beaches. for the price property could do with a makeover and my wife complained about a smell in lounge area. promoted as pet friendly fenced but brick fence at back is so low that my whippet jumped over it as soon as we got there.

The house is spacious and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The backyard is large with bbq and a fire pit, perfect for a relaxing cold evening. The beach is just a few steps away! We would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Vincentia.

• Pearce (10/5): Exceptional - it was absolute beach front, and had safety fencing around the whole property which is perfect for families. it was in exceptionally close proximity to shops, shopping centres and other main beaches. lovely yard and tables to enjoy a beachside meal. all the internal facilities to enjoy a self sufficient stay. kitchen was well equipped. multiple bathrooms, large TV. overall it was a great stay. wasn't anything not to like.
