- Max Patton (10/5): Great little cottage in an awesome spot. Excellent host communication. - Excellent communication, location, great value for money. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. Garden out the front is awesome in the afternoon. Coffee pods and choccys were a lovely touch. Will be back. Nil
- Christopher (8/5): We had 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of them. - The house is in an excellent location to all ammenities its only a few minutes drive or 10 minute walk to the town centre, the lake, and other markets. It is fully fenced so our mini schnauzer could roam free outside without worry. Whilst it is an older property it seemed to be in good condition and was comfortable. The TV was very difficult to use, but that may well have been my incompetence rather than a fault of the tv.
- Alexis (9/5): So relaxing and quiet. - Great location near Lake, Mill Markets and town centre. Air con worked well as 4/7 days were temperatures over 30. No washing machine!
- leigh (9/5): Excellent spot near the MILL market and a short drive into town. Comfortable beds and rooms. - Excellent spot near the MILL market and a short drive into town. Comfortable beds and rooms and in a relaxing area. short walk to the lake. Enjoyable stay thankyou. N/A

The cottage has everything you need , it was very clean, the shower was hot and the bed was comfy
Bonus points for the hat rack....so many places don't have one but they're so handy! Was all good, can't imagine what anyone would have to complain about.
The only suggestion I could make would be a clothes horse to dry the towels but we made do so certainly not a criticism

- Andre (10/5): A relaxing retreat - Secluded , peaceful garden oasis . Well presented.
- Nina (9/5): Perfect for a couple or small family - This is an old style no-frills cottage. Everything you might need for a short stay had been provided. The front yard is small but secure and cosy. Looks like the property has been well-maintained. The location is relatively quiet. The bathroom is a bit outdated.
- Ian (10/5): Great value for money. Will stay again. - Location was excellent. We have 2 dogs and it was possible to walk to Daylesford lake from the property (straight down a very quiet road). The property also had a small enclosed garden that was excellent for the dogs. My wife and I stayed with the 2 dogs. Also had excellent Netflix and Stan services and another pull out bed to sleep 2 more if required.

- Janet (9/5): We loved the cottage and were grateful for the fire as it is cold this time of year. The air conditioning was a good sup - The cottage is cosy and well kept with a well stocked kitchen and lounge area. We used both beds and found them comfortable and well supplied with blankets and pillows.
The cottage is close to the lake for walking and to town and the old mill. I liked the bathroom but it could be a difficulty for older visitors. Having said that, the owners have made efforts to ensure safety aids.

- Kerry (7/5): Good - Location was lovely and quiet with short walk into town. Easy stroll to the lake when construction of new picnic area is completed. Comfy couch with everything we needed. Great for our dog, honey, very safe and just enough space for her to explore outside. Wine and chocolates on arrival made our experience extra special. Is an old property but very well equiped. Could do with some redecorating to freshen up the space. Bit of an ant problem that could be easily rectified.

- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Brett (9/5): Superb -
- Stewart (10/5): Arrive, relax, unwind - The cottage was the perfect size for a couple's getaway and the yard was excellent for Mr Forbes to explore freely off lead.
The local cockatoos and yellow crested black cockatoos were a pleasure to watch in the surrounding trees. The unexpected rain when we arrived but that was resolved with great weather for the rest of the stay.
- Megan (8/5): Very good -

- Rachel (8/5): Quaint & Comfortable Cottage in Daylesford - Location was perfect as I have a car. A 5 minute walk to The Mill and Springs. The fireplace is a standout feature. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying my meals and watching the bird life. The cottage is very quaint and homely. The owners, Anthony and Andrew are extremely helpful and prompt in attending to any concerns. The cd player came in handy. I would love to spend a few more days here. The curtains, bed linen and bugs.

- Bruce (8/5): In general, a nice little weekday getaway at a lovely rustic cottage. - Location is awesome!
Next to the Mill Market and close to nature and quiet.
Complimentary sparkling wine is lovely.
The fire wood was pre-prepared - very thoughtful. - The floor is not even and it hard to stand on.
- Key is hard to operate.
- Maybe we have sensitive nose but the cleaniness of the linen was a bit hard to put up with.
- Chelsea (9/5): Warm, cosy little cottage short walk to lake! - Close to lake and comfy, cosy little place! Perfect for our needs Door lock quite hard to open and lock again.

- Bernard (9/5): Superb -
- Brett (8/5): Overall great value neat and tidy - Larger bath towels
Undercover parking would be good as the birds made a mess on the car from being in the trees
In the bedroom I would remove the dresser and have a bench as there is no where to put your bags
- Robyn (8/5): Very good - great location and cute property
- Ashlee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (9/5): We enjoyed the self-contained aspect of the cottage, as it enabled us to do our own cooking. - The supplies of tea, coffee & sugar were sufficient for our relatively lengthy stay. The hosts were very helpful when we needed it. The wood heater was much appreciated as the nights were rather cold. The 2 bottles of complimentary sparkling wine were a nice gesture, but a bottle of wine would have been more to our taste.
- Kay (10/5): A Beautiful Jem - We loved the cute cottage and felt at home as soon as we stepped in the front door,it was so was comfortable with a great attention to detail. We travelled with our Dog and was surprised by the clean safe fenced yard. We would recommend and return to this lovely cottage. There was nothing I didn't like. The bath may be a little difficult for some to get into.
