Beautiful newly renovated property with serene outdoor areas. Comfy beds, quality linen and toiletry products. Fully equipped kitchen. This will certainly be somewhere we will return to if staying in Geelong.

Lots of towels, robes, hangers and goodies. The prime location was a bonus. The host was responsive and Nothing.

We absolutely loved the cosy and stylish interior and central location (the best coffee shop and pastry just around the corner!). There were welcome goodies in the fridge for us to enjoy, access to Netflix to wind down in the evening, heating set up to keep us cosy. The host also sent detailed info about the area with restaurants and cafe recommendations which made it so much easier to navigate the area. A stay to remember!

It catered for our needs perfectly. - Receiving the personal text from the owner about how to access and use the keypad was helpful. This was much more convenient than receiving an email. The long list of do nots in the text. Some of this would have been better in an email, or appreciate the fact that we would respect the property and leave it as we had found it.
- Michael (10/5): Cozy and convenient - We attended a wedding in Geelong and Castlebar was perfect for our family of two couples and one son. We loved the tasteful décor. Raelene has really done an outstanding job in restoring the cottage. Kitchen, laundry, bathrooms ... everything was outstanding. So easy to walk to Woolies or grab fish and chips or a pizza. Temporary construction across the street (April 2023) was a bit annoying ... noisy in the morning and a bit hard to get in and out the drive if trucks were parked. But it's just a temporary issue.
