Please note before booking, please make sure these requirements suit you, Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card prior to check-in via a secure online form. These items may be presented in person if you are picking up keys during our normal office hours. All after-hours arrivals will be required to fill in the form. Keys to the property are to be picked up at an agency location at Cornerstone Stores. All payments are handled directly by Booking.com and all reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. If payment isn't received, your booking will be canceled. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbors, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8am. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Christine (9/5): I would stay again and recommend this property. Aesthetically beautiful, modern, clean & spacious. - Nuve staff was professional and kind. They went far and beyond to communicate and streamline the process from booking and throughout the stay. The property was clean and exactly what was photographed. The beach was a 10mins walk. Needed a few things eg a pet door to allow pets to go outside when they need to. Kitchen lacking a large pot to cook pasta. Water flows out of the ensuite shower. All minor adjustments.

Nothing in particular - plates were oldish but didn’t matter - rest of facility were clean and perfect

That it has everything you would usually find in your own house/kitchen The bed in the 2nd bedroom is very very noisy (it seriously needs to be swapped out)
