- Sylvia (8/5): Very comfortable apartment close to centre of town. - Great location, in easy walking distance to main street and restaurants. Really quiet, and nice and warm. Kitchen has everything you need. Also loved the separate walk-in dressing room with plenty of shelving and hanging space for clothes. We had difficulty using the stove top, and couldn't find any instructions for it. Thankfully, there was an electric frypan so we were still able to cook our breakfast. I did let the BNB people know and they were extremely helpful. There is also no view at all, if you open the living room blinds you look at a fence and the bedroom blinds look out to a carpark.

Everything about the bed was great . Shower was perfect . All was adequate , other than the always item that is , not enough bench space to put your your bathroom items down . A small matter .

- Julian (10/5): Beautiful home as close as you can possibly get to the CBD of Orange. - Loved the location close to the shops and restaurants and the excellent condition of the home. The kitchen was well equipped. There was dish detergent, laundry detergent, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Everything was there. There could have been a towel rack or hooks for the bath towel close to the shower. An oven would have been great to bake up some meat pies.

I didn't realise there was parking around the back till I got in the apartment and read the info book about 3 hours after I arrived, I also had to change all the fans to "summer" mode and change the aircon to cooling instead of heat, I don't know what anyone would have been doing with the setting on the other modes in the middle of summer.

There were only two tumblers/ glasses. They were poorly made and broke in the dishwasher, so we had none for the rest of our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay unfortunately the weather was not on our side, but very close to shopping and all the pubs of orange. It said tea and coffee, there was one or two coffee pods and 2 tea bags, a bit disappointing we were staying for the 3 nights
