- Tiago (10/5): Local excelente, mas foi informado na reserva que seria hotel com café da manhã e não era. - Tinha uma bike disponível, o lugar muito tranquilo, arborizado e a piscina show de bola com vista para o lago. Na reserva dizia que teria ccafé da manhã incluso e o nome do local estava como Hotel, mas a pessoa que nos recebeu informou que não era um hotel e que ela era apenas recepcionista, muito menos havia café da manhã.

As dependências do condomínio são satisfatórias, incluindo piscina, bicicletas, passeio de caiaque, sala de jogos, tudo a disposição. Atendimento na portaria de excelente qualidade. Tive dificuldade em fazer um upgrade na reserva, já que não obtive retorno da acomodação. Devido a isso, a experiência não foi 100%. Sugiro a acomodação que disponibilize tempo para maior atenção e principalmente retorno ao cliente de forma mais ágil.

Somente o Wi-fi deixa a desejar. Tivemos um probleminha com a TV, mas que foi logo resolvido pela manutenção. A Equipe foi bem atenciosa e prestativa. Valeu muito a pena!

A cama é bem confortável e o ar condicionado muito bom também. Pensando nos turistas, acredito que seria interessante que os funcionários tivessem mais informações sobre a região. Por exemplo, perguntei se eles tinham algum contato para passeios no Campeche e se o restaurante italiano ao lado da acomodação abriria no feriado, mas ninguém soube responder. Quando as indicações vêm da própria hospedagem, isso transmite muito mais confiança.

- Alex (8/5): Boa estadia - Terceira vez que ficamos ali e gostamos muito do lugar, tranquilidade, uma bela piscina, possibilidade de cozinhar no apto, muito bom!! Eu só vejo dois problemas: mosquitos (repelente resolve e não é culpa do hotel, lógico) e o Wi-Fi muito ruim, o que realmente atrapalha pois ali é um lugar que nem o 4G/5G funciona direito. De resto tudo certinho.

- Lorenzi Vizoni (10/5): Excelente. - O lugar é lindo. O quanto tem vista para a Lagoa da Conceição e tem um um bosque lindo. O som dos pássaros de manhã é uma delícia. O quarto esta limpíssimo e possuía itens de facilidade, como utensílios domésticos e ferro de passar roupas, entre outras coisas. Toda a descrição que constava no anúncio do quarto estava cumprida na acomodação. O sofá cama que minha filha menor dormiu era excelente, com espuma bem firme e de ótimo tamanho. Fiquei no apartamento 202. Poderia ter cortina blackout na porta da varanda.

- Temi (7/5): Very nice apartment - Very nice properties - was clean and spacious. Has a nice pool. Good location only 5 min drive to Lagoa Access to the lake was very minimal (cannot walk around it). Shower water was at best warm and no AC directly near the bed but as it’s a studio if you leave it on the for long enough it will access the bedroom part.
