• Karen (10/5): Love this place! - The location was excellent. We walked to pub, supermarket, take-away, newsagency etc. The kitchen is really well resourced with everything you could want. Beds were comfy & view phenomenal. Toilet in bathroom - but it wasnt a huge issue, we were all just mindful of others, which isn't such a bad thing.

There were views of the mouth of the river and up the river from the lounge and the dining room and some bedrooms. The wind surfers put on a magnificent show at the mouth of the river every day. The property was an older house with plenty character, great location, and it was very comfortable. Everything was provided, above and beyond the usual. Outside everything was provided also, even down to crab nets. Perfect in summer and I think would be great in winter too. The location and view was 10 out of 10. Very helpful and friendly owners. • Marilyn (9/5): Augusta - peaceful view @ 'Paradise View' - A comfy home with easy access both uphill to the shops and downhill to fishing in the inlet (if desired!!) The hotel, nearby, is good for a meal and they're knowledgeable if you're gluten-free - the Malay prawns were delicious!! ......arrive before 6 pm on a weekend for a table The lighthouse tour was a great outing - total 176 steps.... not ideal for young children We also visited the Jewel Cave - well worth the visit & also a Raptor show on our way to Busselton

• Kirtikumar (9/5): Comfortable, well located, easy - The location, the view and the quiteness. The house is comfortable, great location on a quiet street and easy walk to the jetty and the Coastal Walk Trail. Beautiful views of Hardy Inlet and Flinders Bay from both bedrooms and the living room. A suggestion: Keep pare batteries for remotes etc readily accessible. The heater could not be operated as remote battery was spent.

• Alsop (10/5): Wonderful Family Holiday Home - The location was perfect for the amazing views and close proximity to amenities/shops. The house was homely and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too. We walked to the local hotel for our evening meal and there is a lovely walk along the coastal path to the cafe. We saw the dolphins a few times too. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and have breakfast. The partly open garage would have been perfect for a barbeque but we didn't use it this time as it was just the two of us. Perfect for a family holiday with its large garden to play in.

• Darcy (1/5): very disappointed with the accommodation, it was dirty and definitely not value for money, would not recommend anyone to - the views were the only good points where do I start !! The carpets were dirty and had stains on them,the white towels had red stains on them, the white bed sheets had brown stains on them .The master bed was falling apart and moved and creaked so we did not sleep on it The sofa was stained and needed a shampoo so we did not sit on it Overall very disappointing

• Margaret (3/5): expensive discomfort - position freezing cold, no aircon, no wifi, promised bathroom amenities were 2 pieces of soap. There was a pot belly stove, but small amount of firewood & no kindling & a raging storm which stopped me going out to chop wood. not even any electric blankets to keep beds warm.
• Asar (10/5): Very nice accommodation in a beautiful location in the center of Augusta. - Firewood provided, 2x bottles of wine on arrival, very comfy beds, very friendly owners and cleaners. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking. Some lights in the living room did not work, would had been good if we had extra lighting in the room but existing working lights where sufficient for relaxing in the evening.
